What it is:
A short, focused coaching session designed for those who want to try consistent, low‑demand support between longer sessions or as their main coaching format.
Think of it as a gentle nudge or a supportive guardrails– enough to pull you out of paralysis, or help you maintain your intention toward progress.
Who this works best for:
- You have a few recurring stuck spots (task initiation, time blindness, follow‑through) that benefit from weekly check‑ins.
- You want accountability without shame.
- Those who are motivated by someone else being there.
- Longer 60‑minute sessions feel heavy or hard to schedule.
- You already have a plan or tools in place; you just need a regular anchor to keep using them.
What happens in 30 minutes? It could be a less structured check-in, but here is one way it could look:
Agenda
5 min Quick win & check‑in – “What’s one thing that went better than expected?”
10 min One stuck spot – You name the biggest obstacle right now. We find one tiny, external scaffold. No fixing everything.
5 min Parking lot – Dump any other worries into a shared doc. They don’t get solved today; they just get named.
10 min One experiment for next time – A single, concrete action. We schedule it in your calendar or set a reminder.

No homework reviews that feel like interrogations. If nothing happened, we just say “data collected” and move on.
Ways to prepare.
Doing a whole survey might be too much for these, so instead, you could try:
Doing a whole survey might be too much for these, so instead, you could try:
- Keep a sticky note or phone note with 1–2 things you want to mention. That’s it. No long journal required.
- If you’re stuck before the session, send me one word: “stuck.” I’ll bring prompts.
- Have your calendar or task list visible (screen share or second device) so we can externalize together.
