1:1 Energy Up-Level Application ✨

Working with Avalon has been life changing. I wasn't in a great place when I received her email, as soon as I read it I instantly said yes, I knew deep down I needed "something", I went looking and nothing aligned, until this email. I booked the exploratory call. After the call, she told me the cost and my soul instantly said yes without hesitation. We had saved up some money to put down on our mortgage, we chose to invest in me, I needed it - badly. What has this transformation meant for me? Confidence, trust, healing - deep healing, forgiveness, compassion, truly leaning into who I really am. Honoring me. My time and how I spend it. I also was able to heal an over 25 year emotional eating challenge!!! I feel like I have a much better relationship with myself and especially, my body! Oh and boundaries... they truly are a blessing! Aligning with oneself means leaning in and allowing this transformation to become a new daily "norm", one I am truly grateful for. This journey has also proudly directed me into a beautiful morning routine and honoring my evening time as well! I am also truly excited, to have allowed myself to be open to shift and receive, to take all challenges in stride and be present in the moment. I proudly designed and created my own planner and journal, a dream I didn't realize had existed! Avalon, I am truly grateful.

There are truly not words to express my gratitude and appreciation for the container you've held for me and the work we've done together. I'm already tearing up as I write this, my heart feels so full.

Before our time together, I was battling a chronic pain condition and it often felt like I was on the losing end. I had barely enough energy to get through the day since I spent all of my attention and energy monitoring my health and body to determine what I'd be able to accomplish. I wasn't sleeping well, and frequently would manage to get through the work week only to spend the weekend curled up on the couch or in bed in the throes of a painful flare up. I have always felt that these chronic issues (with a formal diagnosis to boot!) were somehow related to energy or something emotional that I was holding on to, but I wasn't able to access the root and release it by myself. We talked about all of this during our initial call, and I really felt from that conversation that you could help me release these dense energies and experience my body in a new way.

I was so disconnected from my body and had been for so long. The practices Avalon led me through to help my spirit feel comfortable in this body, in this place, and in this time were and continue to be invaluable. She helped me connect to my body and make friends with it by acting as a go-between until I could talk to my body myself. She helped me connect with my house, which had suffered damage last year in a flood. She helped me reconnect with my inner child and gave me guidance on how to interact with her so I could start reparenting and reconnecting with her to get her needs met. The most profound experience was the cosmic rebirthing she led me through as I used energy work to facilitate my soul being reborn in the here and now. This process also helped me reconnect with my parents in a new way to forgive and clear childhood traumas.

When we first started working together, my body and I were just getting to know each other again. So the first few weekends I still had that pattern of doing some work and having a flare. As my body and I got more comfortable with each other, it became easier to learn what she needed and give that to her without her screaming at me. Especially after the cosmic rebirth, I was able to truly feel like I belonged on this plane and in my body. I felt such a significant reduction in pain, from a daily level of about 6-7 to a daily level of 2-3. The more work that we did on releasing other densities I was holding in my body and being aware of what was causing them, led me to a further reduction in pain. For the first time in years, literally years, I wake up most mornings virtually pain free and am able to maintain that feeling with grounding, movement, and checking in on my body. I've been able to move from a space of limitation and barely managing to get through the day to a space of vibrancy and possibility. I've been able to dream and make plans for my life and career that were not possible before working with Avalon. I've gotten clarity on how I want to start and move forward with both personal projects and business ideas. This was exactly the outcome I was yearning for but unable to express before our time together.

I have spent the entire “first half” of my life performing as a “well trained child.” The past 10 years has been a journey back to who the hell is Diane. This journey accelerated over the last 3 years sparked by the arrival of my precious grandson and not one, but 3 of my children in various stages of mental health crisis. One in therapy, one in day-hospital out patient treatment for post partum, one, in-hospital treatment before transitioning to day hospital and then severing her relationship with me – all while helping care for my new born grandson. I was the next one in therapy because who the fuck knows how to handle all that life shit at one time. For the first time in my life, I admitted I was NOT ok publicly, it was revealing.

I was introduced to Avalon through my coach and confidante, Bryna Haynes, when she was a guest speaker to our program. I IMMEDIATELY connected with this unicorn. My spirit recognized this awesome sauce soul – she was my jam! I took her up on that 15 minute reading…I started following her community. Then came the opportunity for an hour long session with her. OHHHHHHHHH it was so AMAZING. At the end I knew (although my ego was telling me otherwise) that I needed to work with her! All the coaches, training and therapy up until this point had peeled back the multiple layers, but there was STILL something not quite right – I hadn’t been able to gain clarity on my business, I hadn’t been able to stay consistent with anything, I was the master of people pleasing, fixing, and taking care of EVERYONE ELSES SHIT BUT MINE! (For the record, it’s super freeing to have real talk that could involve a cuss word or 2 – just saying) Since working with Avalon 1-2-1 I have been able to RELEASE the massive blocks that were residing in not just my root chakra, but my solar plexus, heart, throat and third eye. She has helped me to stay grounded in my body, to BOLDLY step out into MY stardust and to do the one thing I stopped doing A REALLY LONG TIME AGO…TRUST SPIRIT, TRUST MYSELF! I’ve worked with Avalon on and off for well over a decade, but about two years ago I began working with her consistently and that’s when everything started to change.

When I first came back to her, I was incredibly sick. I was in bed, exhausted, and had done every test imaginable trying to figure out what was wrong with me. Emotionally and energetically, I was depleted. My life was completely out of alignment and it was making me physically ill.
