Three months of focused work, and the breathing room to make it count. We get underneath the presenting problem to what's really driving it, and you build from there. Even focused work reaches the whole person, not only the version performing the role, so this process tends to make a positive impact on more than the one thing you came in for.

We start with a 30-minute discovery call, then move into six 60-minute sessions on a biweekly cadence over three months. Before we dig in, we'll spend some time on intake and goal-setting so the work has direction and we can jump right in.  You'll have messaging and email support between sessions, and after six session, we'll have a 20-minute integration call and you'll receive a written summary, so you can carry the work forward with a clear view of what's next.
