Six months gives you something shorter engagements can't: space for the work to breathe and time to see real results. You leave having changed patterns, not just named them, with the practice and learnings behind you to keep them in place.

We start with a 30-minute discovery call, then move into twelve 60-minute sessions on a biweekly cadence over six months, with robust email support between sessions. Before we dig in, we'll spend time on intake and goal-setting so the work has direction and we can jump right in. We'll take a moment after about three months to recalibrate with a 20-minute mid-point review session, and after 12 full sessions, we'll connect with a 20-minute integration call and a written summary, so you can carry the work forward with a clear view of what's next.
