8-week series, starting Sunday, June 28.

Sundays, 6-7PM & Wednesdays, 4:30-5:30PM.
Classes will be online (via Zoom) from June 28 through September 2. We'll meet on Sundays from 6-7pm EST and/or Wednesdays from 4:30-5:30pm EST. (You're welcome to join one or both!)
Because rest is equally important to movement, we'll take (2) week-long breaks from practice (starting July 5 and August 16). You'll have the option to attend 'Bonus - Yin Restore' classes instead.
And if you have to miss a class, no worries - you will have access to all the recordings.
Class Details:
To practice, you will need:
- a yoga mat or slip-resistant floor
- a blanket
- 1-2 pillows or bolsters
- 2 foam blocks (or something similar)
If you don't have any 'yoga' gear or props, no worries! Get creative with your space.
Payment Details:
You pay $20 per week for eight weeks to access twice weekly live-virtual classes, plus additional class recordings to supplement your practice.

What experience do I need?
You don't need any experience with yoga. This class is for both new and experienced yoga practitioners who want a ‘back to basics’ approach to more sustainable movement.
What if I miss a class?
You can attend one or both classes (they're similar each week), plus you will have access to the recordings.
