Yoga Foundations (Online)

8-week series. Wednesdays at 4:30-5:30PM, starting June 24.

Whether you're brand new to movement practice or a seasoned yogi, this series of functional movement classes will offer you the 'movement toolbox' you need to build a sustainable yoga practice (at home or in a studio).

(You might also enjoy more easeful movements in everyday life, improved posture whether seated or standing, and better sleep!)

Note: This is the pre-requisite to all other movement classes within Nourish(Ed) Studios.


Join me on Sundays from 6-7PM or Wednesdays from 4:30-5:30PM.

Classes will be online (via Zoom) from June 28 through August 19. Attend one or both - they're similar each week.

If you miss a live-virtual class, no worries - you will have access to the recordings!

You will need: 
  • a yoga mat or slip-resistant floor
  • a blanket
  • 1-2 pillows or bolsters
  • 2 foam blocks (or something similar)

If you don't have any 'yoga' gear or props, no worries! Get creative with your space.


Payment Details: 

You pay $20 per week for 8 classes live-virtual classes, plus 8 additional recordings (or you can save $10 when you pay-in-full).

What experience do I need?
You don't need any experience with yoga. This class is for both new and experienced yoga practitioners who want a ‘back to basics’ approach to more sustainable movement.
