A 12‑Week AuDHD Wellbeing Coaching Programme
Programme Description
The AuDHD Wellbeing Project is a gentle, structured, and psychologically informed 12‑week coaching programme for autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults who want to feel more grounded, understood, and supported in their everyday lives.
This programme is not a course and it does not follow a set curriculum. Instead, it is a tailored coaching journey shaped around your unique neurotype, needs, strengths, and lived experience. The work we do together is collaborative, paced, and designed to feel safe for your nervous system.
Before beginning the programme, every client completes a 90‑minute Initial Formulation Session (booked separately). This session allows us to explore your wellbeing landscape in depth, understand your patterns, and create a personalised roadmap for your 12‑week journey. The formulation ensures that the programme is fully tailored to you from the very first session.
Once your formulation is complete, we begin your 12 session programme. Each week (or less if required), we meet for a 60‑minute 1:1 coaching session where we explore the areas that matter most to you. This may include understanding your AuDHD identity, navigating sensory and emotional regulation, supporting executive functioning, exploring masking and unmasking, building sustainable routines, and strengthening self‑trust. The focus is always on what feels most relevant and supportive for you.
Throughout the programme, we co‑create a personalised wellbeing plan that grows with you over time. This plan is designed to be realistic, compassionate, and aligned with your capacity. It may include sensory strategies, emotional regulation tools, burnout support, values‑aligned routines, strengths‑based approaches, and personalised scaffolding.
The AuDHD Wellbeing Project is designed to feel spacious, validating, and low‑demand. You do not need to mask, perform, or be “on”. You are welcome to show up exactly as you are. The coaching space is collaborative and grounded, with a focus on helping you build a life that works with your brain rather than against it.
This programme is ideal for autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck; who want to understand themselves more deeply; who are navigating burnout or emotional dysregulation; or who want to build routines and wellbeing practices that genuinely fit their neurotype. You do not need to be in a good place to begin. You only need to be curious about what might be possible.
By the end of the 12 sessions, you will have a clearer understanding of your AuDHD neurotype, a personalised wellbeing plan, tools for emotional and sensory regulation, greater self‑acceptance, more sustainable routines, and a deeper sense of identity. The aim is not to make you more productive or more organised. The aim is to help you feel more grounded, more understood, and more supported in your everyday life.
