Access to Work Coaching Programme
12‑Week Specialist AuDHD Workplace Coaching
Programme Overview
This 12‑week Access to Work Coaching Programme provides specialist, psychologically informed workplace support for autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults. It is designed for clients who have Access to Work funding (or are in the process of applying) and need tailored coaching to support communication, executive functioning, sensory regulation, wellbeing, and sustainable working patterns.
This programme is grounded in coaching psychology, positive psychology, neurodiversity‑affirming practice, and lived experience. As a psychologically informed AuDHD coaching practitioner, trainee coaching psychologist, trained coach, and Autistic ADHDer myself, I offer a coaching space that understands both the internal and external realities of being neurodivergent in the workplace.
Before beginning the programme, all clients complete a separate 90‑minute Coaching Formulation Session. This ensures the programme is fully personalised and aligned with your needs, your role, and your workplace context.
The Initial Formulation Session (Required Before Starting)
Before joining the 12‑week programme, you will attend a 90‑minute Coaching Formulation Session. This session is booked and paid for separately.
During the formulation session, we explore your workplace experiences, sensory and emotional regulation patterns, executive functioning profile, communication needs, strengths, and the factors contributing to overwhelm or difficulty at work. This is not therapy, diagnosis, or clinical assessment. It is a coaching psychology formulation designed to build a clear, shared understanding of your needs and to shape your personalised coaching plan.
After the session, you will receive a written summary and coaching formulation outlining the key themes we identified and mapping out your suggested next stages, including how the 12‑week programme will be tailored to you.
Only once the formulation is complete do we begin the Access to Work Coaching Programme.
