Programme Overview

This 12‑week Executive Functioning Coaching Programme is designed for autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults who want structured, psychologically informed support with planning, organisation, task initiation, follow‑through, overwhelm, and sustainable routines. The programme is tailored to your neurotype and grounded in coaching psychology, positive psychology, and neurodiversity‑affirming practice.

This is not productivity coaching and it is not about forcing yourself into systems that do not work for your brain. Instead, we explore your natural patterns, sensory and emotional needs, energy rhythms, and executive functioning profile to build strategies that are realistic, compassionate, and sustainable.

Before beginning the programme, all clients complete a separate 90‑minute Coaching Formulation Session. This ensures the programme is fully personalised and aligned with your needs, capacity, and goals.

The Initial Formulation Session (Required Before Starting)


Before joining the 12‑week programme, you will attend a 90‑minute Coaching Formulation Session. This session is booked and paid for separately.

During the formulation session, we explore your executive functioning profile, sensory and emotional regulation patterns, burnout cycles, masking, identity, strengths, and the contextual factors that influence your ability to plan, organise, and follow through. This is not therapy or diagnosis. It is a coaching psychology formulation that helps us understand your patterns and create a personalised roadmap for the programme.

After the session, you will receive a written summary and coaching formulation outlining the key themes we identified and mapping out your suggested next stages, including how the 12‑week programme will be tailored to you.

Across the 12 weeks, we work together to support:
