The Neuromystics™ Collective offers gentle online community spaces grounded in mutual care, lived experience, and affirmation.
Community should not be behind a paywall.
There is no expectation to perform or participate in any specific way. You are welcome to stim, stay quiet, use the chat, keep your camera off, arrive late, or leave early.
Research on peer connection suggests that non-hierarchical spaces rooted in shared experience can help reduce isolation, nourish the nervous system, and strengthen collective resilience, especially for people navigating burnout, chronic stress, or systemic oppression.
