Speaking & Workshops
Jonathan McIntosh works with organizations, leadership teams, and communities navigating the increasingly human challenges that exist beneath performance, achievement, and change.
His work explores the tension many professionals quietly experience between external success and internal well-being, helping people think more honestly about ambition, burnout, identity, meaningful work, and what sustainable success actually requires of us.
These sessions are designed to create more than inspiration.
Recent audiences have included nonprofit executives, arts and cultural leaders, fundraising professionals, mission-driven organizations, and leadership teams navigating growth, burnout, and organizational change.

Creating Cultures Where People Feel Safe Enough to Be Honest
My Approach
As a pastor, leadership advisor, executive recruiter, coach, and speaker, I have spent thousands of hours sitting with people facing difficult questions around identity, ambition, burnout, purpose, loss, and change.
Over time, I have learned something important.
Meaningful transformation rarely begins with information alone.
It begins when people feel safe enough to tell the truth.
The most powerful conversations are not always the ones that teach people something new.
They are the ones that create the conditions where people finally confront what they already know deep down but have not yet been willing to face.
That is the kind of space I seek to create in every room I enter.
Testimonials
Jonathan created a womb of safety, trust, and deep mutual respect in the room. I was touched by the way he created and held space for honesty and vulnerability—both for himself and among all of us. I felt as though I had shared a profound experience with my peers, and I am deeply grateful to him for facilitating it.

Thank you for your adept leadership of this conversation. You reminded us of the value we bring to our museums as fundraisers, and that in turn we must remember to find value for ourselves.
