The Thinking Space is a six-session, one-to-one coaching experience designed for professionals and leaders navigating sustained pressure, complexity, or transition.
It offers something that's often missing in busy professional lives: uninterrupted space to think clearly, reconnect with what matters most, and move forward with greater confidence and intention.
This may be a good fit for you if...
• You're successful by many measures, yet something no longer feels as sustainable, clear, or aligned as it once did.
• You're navigating complexity, transition, or long-term pressure and want to understand not only what to do next, but how you want to operate going forward.
• You carry significant responsibility and rarely have uninterrupted space to think.
• You're willing to set aside one hour each week to reflect honestly and explore what truly deserves your attention now.
What you can expect
Over six coaching conversations, each lasting one hour, we'll create a dedicated space to step back from the day-to-day demands of work, think more clearly, and explore what deserves your attention now.
Each conversation is guided by your current reality rather than a rigid agenda.
Together, we'll explore the patterns shaping how you think, decide, lead, and respond to pressure, while drawing on evidence-based principles of sustainable high performance to support meaningful change.
As the experience unfolds, we'll also build your Personal Operating Manual, a practical, evolving guide that captures the insights, decision principles, strengths, boundaries, and ways of working that help you perform at your best without losing yourself in the process.
To preserve the depth and quality of the experience, the inaugural edition is intentionally limited to two participants.
What people often experience through coaching with me
While every coaching journey is unique, many people describe experiencing:
- Greater clarity about what matters most, especially when decisions feel complex.
- Greater confidence in important decisions, with less second-guessing.
- A renewed sense of trust in themselves and their own judgment.
- More intentional and sustainable ways of working and leading.
- A deeper understanding of the patterns shaping how they think, decide, and respond to pressure.
Over time, many describe a gradual shift:
- from carrying everything to carrying what truly matters
- from reacting to choosing
- from urgency to clarity
- from self-doubt or control to self-trust
- from exhaustion to steadiness
- from force to alignment
Who I'm looking for
The Thinking Space is designed for people who are willing to invest time and attention in reflecting more deeply on how they want to work, lead, and live.
Curiosity matters more than having everything figured out.
Readiness matters more than having the perfect circumstances.
The experience is built for people who are open to exploring new perspectives, asking honest questions, and engaging fully in the coaching process.
It may not be the right fit if you're looking for a prescribed formula, quick answers, someone to provide all the answers.

Who you'll be working with
Before becoming a coach, I spent more than two decades as a university professor and researcher, leading teams, mentoring hundreds of students, and working in complex environments where responsibility, uncertainty, and high expectations were part of everyday life.
For the past twenty-five years, I've explored leadership, strategy, coaching, mindset, change psychology, evidence-based behavior change, holistic wellness, and sustainable high performance, all guided by one question: How can people thrive without losing themselves in the process?
Today, I'm a Certified High Performance Coach™ and a Certified Holistic Wellness Coach. My coaching brings together lived leadership experience, systems thinking, and a holistic, evidence-informed approach to help thoughtful professionals reconnect with what matters most, strengthen self-trust, and build success they can sustain.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is this experience for?
The Thinking Space is designed for thoughtful professionals navigating sustained pressure, complexity, leadership, or transition who want to step back, think clearly, and move forward with greater intention.
It's a good fit for people who are curious about themselves, open to honest reflection, and ready to explore more intentional and sustainable ways of working, leading, and living.
Why are only two places available?
The inaugural edition is intentionally limited to two participants so I can offer the depth, presence, and individual attention this experience is designed to provide.
A smaller first edition also gives me the opportunity to learn from each participant's experience and thoughtfully refine The Thinking Space before opening it more broadly. Your reflections will help shape future editions of the program.
What is expected from participants?
To help create a meaningful experience, participants are invited to:
- Complete a short application form.
- Attend six private 60-minute coaching conversations via Zoom.
- Engage openly and thoughtfully in the coaching process, including any reflections or practices agreed between sessions.
- Share honest feedback throughout the experience and complete a brief wrap-up survey at the end.
How are participants selected?
Every application is reviewed thoughtfully to understand your current situation, what you're hoping to gain, and whether The Thinking Space is the right fit for both of us at this stage of your life or work.
The inaugural edition is intentionally small, so the final two participants will be invited after all applications have been carefully reviewed.
What happens after I apply?
After the application deadline, I'll carefully review every submission. If it seems that The Thinking Space may be a good fit, I'll invite you to a brief introductory conversation so we can get to know each other, answer any remaining questions, and explore together whether this is the right next step.
Following those conversations, two participants will be invited to join the inaugural edition. Everyone who applies will receive a personal response.
What if I'm not selected for this first edition?
Every application will be reviewed carefully, and everyone who applies will receive a response.
If you're not selected for this first edition, you'll have the opportunity to book a complimentary Strategy Session to explore your current situation and discuss what support might be most helpful for you. You'll also be among the first to hear about future editions of The Thinking Space.
If you're not selected for this first edition, you'll have the opportunity to book a complimentary Strategy Session to explore your current situation and discuss what support might be most helpful for you. You'll also be among the first to hear about future editions of The Thinking Space.
Why this approach?
I believe people already possess strengths, wisdom, and experience. Under sustained pressure, they can lose access to some of it, even as they continue to grow.
To me, coaching creates the conditions to reconnect with what is already there while remaining open to what is still emerging. It's both a process of remembering and becoming.
What if I'm not sure coaching is what I need?
That's perfectly okay. You don't need to be certain before applying.
If The Thinking Space resonates with you, the application and introductory conversation are designed to help us explore together whether coaching, and this experience in particular, is the right next step for you.
