This low-to-the-ground class explores gentle movement and elongated stillness in the body to create balance in mind, body, heart, and soul.
We begin with a slow movement sequence to open energetic pathways and stimulate the mind-body connection. Then we move into long-held yin postures to deepen body awareness and stimulate fascial release.

What experience do I need?
You don't need any experience with yoga. This class is for both new and experienced yoga practitioners who want a ‘back to basics’ approach to more sustainable movement.
What yoga props do I need?
You might need: a yoga mat or slip-resistant floor, a blanket, 1-2 pillows or bolsters. 2 foam blocks (or something similar - like a stack of books). But if you don't have any 'yoga' gear or props, no worries! Get creative with your space.
