What This Is
The Onsite Assessment is a 30-day engagement where I come to your business, watch it run, and show you where it still depends on you.
I spend time inside your business. I watch how decisions move, who your team turns to for answers, how your managers lead, and what changes when you walk into the room. Teams tell the truth to someone who is in the building, so you see what you cannot see from where you stand.
Then I put it in writing. You receive an Onsite Action Plan that ranks what to tackle, sets the order, names who on your team owns each piece, and shows what the first moves are. You finish the month knowing what to build first and who will carry it.
What You’ll Receive
1. An Onsite Visit
Time inside your business, watching it operate and talking with your leaders and team. The number of days and hours is confirmed in writing before I arrive.

How It Works
Step 1: Complete your intake
Right after you enroll, you receive a short intake questionnaire. Please finish it at least 48 hours before I arrive. I use your answers to plan what to watch for and who to talk with.

Step 2: Prepare your team
Tell your team I am coming and why. A plain explanation works best: I am there to watch how the business runs and to help you build what makes it easier to run. Send me the SOP, process, or policy you want revised, along with any documentation that shows how things run today.

Who This Is For
- Owners of retail shops, salons and spas, cafés, bakeries, restaurants, boutiques, and similar leader-led businesses
- Owners with a team where too much still comes back to you
- Owners ready to hear what an outside observer sees
- Owners who want a clear order of operations before building anything
Who This Is Not For
- Owners who want one problem talked through. That is The Owner’s Hour.
- Owners who want a remote-only engagement
- Owners who want the plan built and put in place right away. That is The Rhythm Rollout, which begins after the Assessment.
Why This Works
Most owners have already tried more meetings, clearer expectations, SOPs, delegation, or another hire. Those efforts tend to land on the wrong thing when no one has seen how the business actually runs.
A plan built from what an owner believes is happening tends to miss. A plan built from what I watched happen holds.
I spent 27 years inside people and talent leadership at a global brand, from frontline operations to regional leadership to executive coaching. I know what a business looks like when it runs on one person and what it looks like when it does not. The Assessment is the first part of the SIBOL Method: See and Study, then Identify.
What Comes Next
The Assessment shows you what to build. The Rhythm Rollout builds it with you. It is three months of working alongside you and your leaders to put the meetings, check-ins, and communication in place, and to carry the change into your team.
If you begin the Rollout within 30 days of finishing your Assessment, your Assessment investment is credited toward it.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much of my time does this take?
Less than you might expect. You spend about 15 minutes on the intake questionnaire before I arrive. During the visit, I watch the business run and need only short conversations with you, so you keep running your day. At the end, we have one wrap-up session to walk through your Onsite Action Plan.
Why only one SOP, process, or policy revised?
The Assessment shows you where the business depends on you and what to build first. The revision gives you one real improvement to start with. Building across your business happens in The Rhythm Rollout, where we work through the plan together.
Do you talk to my team?
Yes. I talk with your leaders and team members during the visit, after you have told them I am coming and why. These are conversations about how work runs and how decisions move.
What if I already know what my problems are?
You probably know part of it. What is hard to see from where you stand is how the pattern shows up when you are not in the room, who your team turns to, and which piece to fix first. The plan gives you the order and an owner for each piece.
Why do you work in person?
Teams tell the truth to someone who is in the building. I see what happens under pressure, how your managers lead, and what changes when you walk in. That does not come through on a video call.
Is travel included?
Onsite days in the Phoenix metro area carry no travel charge. Outside the Phoenix metro area, travel is billed at actual cost with no markup, and I get your written approval first.
What happens after the Assessment?
You have your Onsite Action Plan. Some owners put it to work on their own. Others begin The Rhythm Rollout, where I work with you and your leaders to build what the plan calls for. If you start the Rollout within 30 days of finishing your Assessment, your Assessment investment is credited toward it.
