Beginning Friday evening and concluding Sunday morning, we'll spend twelve hours together over the course of the weekend, allowing deep exploration, spacious integration, and time for insights to unfold naturally between our sessions. Rather than trying to force breakthrough in a single sitting, this retreat honors the rhythms of the nervous system, creating room for rest, reflection, embodiment, and lasting transformation.
Every retreat is completely customized to you. Together we may explore relationship dynamics, intimacy and sexuality, attachment patterns, trauma integration, communication, life transitions, identity, purpose, grief, nervous system regulation, shadow work, embodiment practices, or the impossible conversations you've never felt safe enough to have.
This experience is ideal for individuals or couples seeking profound personal transformation, navigating significant relationship challenges, or anyone longing to create meaningful momentum without the interruptions of everyday life.
Immersions are held in Central Oregon or at another mutually agreed-upon destination.
- Clients are responsible for accommodations, meals, and venue expenses.
- Travel fees may apply depending on location.
- Special activities or guest teachers are an additional charge, as well as any extra hours.
- A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve, with the remaining balance due two weeks beforehand.
- Lunch and short integration breaks are included throughout the day to support your nervous system and allow the work to unfold naturally
- Please plan for a specious arrival and departure, with time before and after for preparation and integration
- Absolutely no alcohol or substances before or after your immersion experience
