How to Schedule Your Collective Career Lab Sessions
Welcome to the Collective Career Lab. This five-session coaching experience is designed to help you articulate your value, refine your career stories, and build confidence for interviews and career conversations.
Scheduling Tips
To get the most out of the program, we recommend the following pacing:
• Schedule Sessions 1 and 2 within the first week.
This allows you to quickly establish your foundation — identifying your value and shaping your core career story. This upfront momentum strengthens every session that follows.
• Schedule Sessions 3–5 during the second week.
This timing gives you space to practice your stories, refine your delivery, and prepare questions before moving into more advanced work.
• If you have an upcoming interview and need to accelerate preparation, sessions can be scheduled across five consecutive days based on coach availability. This fast-track option ensures you build clarity, confidence, and readiness quickly.
• You may always schedule at your own pace.
Weekly or bi-weekly spacing is perfectly fine if you prefer more time to reflect and practice between sessions.
• Rescheduling is simple.
Use the link in your confirmation email at any time if you need to adjust a session.
Your Five Sessions
Session 1: Identifying Your Value
Begin by booking Session 1. Together, we’ll clarify your strengths, experiences, and professional value so you have a strong foundation for your story development.
Session 2: Crafting Your Story
After completing Session 1, return here to schedule Session 2. In this session, you will develop a clear, confident “Tell Me About Yourself” introduction and begin shaping your narrative for interviews and networking.
Session 3: Perfecting Your Stories
Once Session 2 is complete, book Session 3. We will build your key interview stories and transform your experiences into structured, compelling examples of your impact.
Session 4: Mastering Your Core Stories
Schedule Session 4 after Session 3. Here, we refine your delivery, deepen your confidence, and help you adapt your stories across a wide range of interview questions.
Session 5: Strategic Questions & Salary Conversations
Finally, book Session 5 to complete the program. This session focuses on crafting thoughtful, strategic interview questions and preparing for salary conversations with clarity and confidence.
