In this short, simple, snack-size Distance Reiki (Enkaku Chiryo) session, you’ll experience Distance Reiki in a meditative way. Shorter than the full-hour Distance Reiki session that is far more educational, this quick session is designed for the person who already has an understanding of their energetic body, chakras, and Reiki. 

We get down to the nitty gritty of balancing your chakras quickly. I begin sending you Reiki as soon as we get on the call and channel Reiki energy to your 7 main chakras with a balancing intent. I’ll share whatever comes up and we can chat from there. 

The point of this session is to get you relaxed and quickly! 

This is for you if: 
  • You just want a “quick hit” of energy healing focused on your chakras
  • You want a brief “tune up” for your energy field
  • You already know about Reiki & chakras, maybe you’re even a client of mine already so you “get it” and don’t want the educational part in the longer session. 
  • You’re a new client and want a low-barrier to entry into energy work that costs less and takes up less time.

  • We meet 1:1 on a live call face to face if you wish, or off camera if preferred.

Who I am: 
  • A double Reiki Master certified in both Eastern and Western styles of Reiki (practicing since 2012). 
  • A yoga teacher: an RYT-200 (practicing since 1996, teaching since 2023). 
  • I’m trauma-informed from working in the addiction treatment field since 2015. All trauma-survivors are welcome and I’m honored  to create a safe space and container for your healing. 
  • In addition to the above, I’m a certified coach, mediation teacher, and recovery specialist. 
  • I’m sober/recovery-friendly and use no substances in any of my practices, coaching, or teaching.
