For many autistic, ADHD and AuDHD adults, however, the workplace can present unique challenges. Managing executive functioning demands, navigating communication, balancing sensory needs, preventing burnout and maintaining wellbeing can all require additional understanding and support.
Flourishing at Work is a personalised coaching programme designed to help neurodivergent professionals build confidence, develop sustainable ways of working and thrive in their careers.
Grounded in the same evidence-informed principles as the Flourishing with AuDHD Framework™, this coaching combines Coaching Psychology, Positive Psychology, neurodiversity-affirming practice and executive functioning coaching to support meaningful and lasting change in the workplace.
Every coaching partnership is tailored to your individual role, strengths, goals and working environment. Together we'll explore practical strategies that support both your wellbeing and professional success.

- Exploring Access to Work support or already in receipt of an Access to Work coaching award.
Access to Work Coaching
Many clients access this coaching through the UK Government's Access to Work scheme, which may provide funding for workplace coaching and support for eligible disabled and neurodivergent employees.
If you've already received an Access to Work coaching award, we can work together using your approved funding.

Flourishing at Work is typically delivered as a programme of 12 one-to-one coaching sessions, providing the opportunity to explore workplace challenges in depth while developing practical, sustainable strategies that support both your wellbeing and professional success.
The exact number of sessions available will depend on your individual Access to Work award. If your grant includes fewer or more than 12 coaching sessions, I'm happy to tailor the programme to make the best use of your funded support.

Session 1 – Initial Formulation & Workplace Profile
Develop a personalised understanding of your role, strengths, challenges, goals and workplace experiences, creating the foundation for your coaching journey.
Session 2 – Understanding Your AuDHD at Work
Explore how your autistic and ADHD traits influence your thinking, communication, executive functioning, motivation and working style.
Session 3 – Capacity, Energy & Burnout Prevention
Understand your capacity, identify what drains and restores your energy, and develop sustainable strategies to reduce overwhelm and prevent burnout.
Session 4 – Strengths, Values & Authentic Working
Identify your unique strengths, values and interests, and explore how to build a career that reflects who you are.
Session 5 – Executive Functioning in the Workplace
Develop practical strategies for planning, prioritising, organisation, time management, task initiation and managing workload.
Session 6 – Communication & Workplace Relationships
Build confidence in workplace communication, navigating relationships, setting boundaries and asking for support when needed.
Session 7 – Workplace Adjustments & Environmental Strategies
Explore reasonable adjustments, sensory needs, environmental adaptations and practical workplace solutions that support your success.
Session 8 – Building Psychological Flexibility & Resilience
Develop self-compassion, emotional flexibility and practical approaches for managing stress, setbacks and workplace challenges.
Session 9 – Confidence & Self-Advocacy
Strengthen your confidence, recognise your value and learn how to advocate effectively for your needs and strengths.
Session 10 – Sustainable Performance
Create ways of working that improve productivity while protecting your wellbeing, energy and long-term capacity.
Session 11 – Career Development & Flourishing
Explore your future career aspirations, identify opportunities for growth and build a strengths-based vision for your working life.
Session 12 – Your Flourishing at Work Plan
Review your progress and develop a personalised long-term plan to help you continue flourishing with confidence beyond the coaching programme.
