This 30-minute introductory session is your required first appointment before joining a Resonance Membership. It gives us a clear starting point for your experience with AO Scan technology, helps you understand the process, and allows us to identify the level of support that feels right for you.

During your 30-minute session, we’ll begin with a brief conversation about your current wellness goals and what you’d like support with.

I’ll then complete your AO Scan, review the results with you in a simple and grounded way, and send you personalized frequencies based on your scan.

You’ll also receive guidance on which ongoing membership option may best support your desired level of progress and consistency.
