What is included in the $97 package?
You will receive the fillable Career ReDirection Client Assessment™ and one 45-minute Career Clarity Session with Jacqueline Edwards. During your session, we will review your results, discuss your strongest Career Direction Profiles, and identify practical next steps.
How do I access the assessment?
After purchasing, log in to your Paperbell Client Portal using your email address and the one-time code sent to you. Select the Content tab to download your assessment.
When should I complete the assessment?
Please complete all 59 questions, scoring sections, and the results page before your scheduled coaching session. This allows us to use your appointment time effectively.
How long does the assessment take?
Most participants can complete the assessment in approximately 30–45 minutes. Take your time and answer according to what is true for you today.
How do I schedule my coaching session?
After purchasing the package, use your Paperbell Client Portal to select an available date and time for your included 45-minute session.
How will the coaching session take place?
Your session will be conducted virtually. Your appointment confirmation will include the meeting information and instructions.
Will this assessment tell me exactly which career to choose?
No. Your results identify career patterns and directions worth exploring. They should be considered alongside your experience, lifestyle, income needs, training requirements, and current employment opportunities.
Will I receive a personalized career plan?
This package includes assessment interpretation and discussion of your next steps. A written personalized career action plan is included in the $147 Career Strategy Package.
Is this a psychological or employment test?
No. The Career ReDirection Assessment™ is a career-development and coaching tool. It is not a psychological, clinical, aptitude, or legally validated employment-selection test.
Does this package guarantee employment or a specific income?
No. Career coaching provides guidance, preparation, and support but does not guarantee employment, admission into a training program, salary, or career success.
Can I share or resell the assessment?
No. Your assessment is licensed for your personal use only. It may not be copied, resold, distributed, or used with other individuals.
What if I need to reschedule my session?
Use your Paperbell Client Portal to reschedule within the permitted timeframe. If the option is unavailable, contact MedXpressionz as soon as possible for assistance.
