Every piece of good coaching I have ever done grew out of one thing, a real connection. And you cannot build that the first time you meet someone. So I am not going to promise you a breakthrough on this call. I do not know you yet, and I do not know what you will bring.

You don't need to have it figured out. You don't need the right words. Just enough curiosity to start a conversation.

I get to understand what you are carrying, because I do not hand out a fixed program. No two people are the same, so anything we build is shaped around you, and this is where that starts.

Nothing you say here leaves this call, and you decide how far we go. There is no pitch, just two people working out whether we are a good fit. If we are, I will gladly show you how we could work together. If we are not, I will tell you plainly, and we part having had a good conversation.

You will probably leave with a little more clarity, a better question than the one you came in with, and perhaps a next step we find together. For a first conversation, that is enough.
