Honestly, it's just a chat to learn more about coaching and each other. I will also share with you the difference between coaching, mentoring and counselling (especially if you are new to coaching).
Through this call, I can better assess if I am the right person for you in what you are looking for. Otherwise, I am happy to refer you to someone else that suits better. After all, this is for you as much as it is for me.
What to Expect
Our discovery call is a relaxed, confidential conversation where you'll have the space to share your aspirations and/or challenges. We'll discuss what you'd like to achieve and what might be standing in your way. I'll listen carefully and ask thoughtful questions to help you gain clarity about your goals.
While I'll share how I might be able to support your journey, there will be absolutely no pressure to make any decisions during our call. Instead, I'll offer helpful suggestions for your next steps, whether that includes working with me or exploring other options. My goal is for you to leave the call feeling heard, understood and empowered with a clearer path forward.
Remember, there's no obligation to continue beyond this consultation. This is simply an opportunity to explore your options and see if we're a good fit to work together.
