Group career coaching, monthly. We start with a topic to get us going — then it's open floor for whatever career questions are on your mind. Leave with a resource sheet of helpful links.
Before each session, we ask what's live for people. What's the decision you're circling, the pattern you keep hitting, the thing you'd want to think through out loud with other people who get it? Whatever comes back from that becomes the loose shape of the month.
Open Water is not meant to be rigid. If the topic doesn't quite land for you that day, or something more pressing shows up between now and then, bring that instead. We'll work through it together.
