Deep Restoration

12 private coaching sessions to help you change the patterns that have been running the show.

You’ve been holding a lot together for a long time.
The job.
The family.
The expectations.
The never-ending list of things that need your attention.

And somewhere along the way, some thought patterns may have become so familiar that you barely notice them anymore.

I should be able to handle this.
I can’t let anyone down.
If I don’t do it, it won’t get done.
I shouldn’t have to deal with this.
I’ll take care of myself when things calm down.

Deep Restoration gives us the time and space to slow those patterns down, look at what they’re costing you, and practice something different.

Not because everything in your life needs fixing.

Because you deserve to experience the life you’ve worked so hard to build—not just manage it.

Who is this for?

Deep Restoration is for the educator who is ready to do more than solve the problem of the week.

Maybe you’ve been functioning on stress and responsibility for so long that it feels normal.

Maybe you’re tired of knowing what you should do but struggling to actually do it.

Maybe you’ve noticed the same patterns showing up again and again—in your work, your relationships, your boundaries, your confidence, or the way you talk to yourself.

Or maybe nothing is dramatically wrong.

You just know you don’t want to keep living on autopilot.

This package gives us enough time to get curious about the bigger picture.

What we can work on

Over 12 private coaching sessions, we’ll identify the thoughts and patterns influencing how you feel and how you show up—both inside and outside of school.

Depending on what you need, our work might include:

  • quieting perfectionism and people-pleasing
  • setting boundaries without spending days feeling guilty about them
  • interrupting worry, rumination, and mental replay
  • separating what is actually yours to carry from what isn’t
  • making decisions based on your values instead of other people’s expectations
  • responding differently to difficult students, parents, colleagues, or situations
  • rebuilding confidence and trust in yourself
  • creating room for an identity that is bigger than your job
  • developing thought patterns you can continue practicing long after our work together ends

This isn’t about becoming endlessly positive, perfectly balanced, or completely unbothered.

You’re still going to be a human being who occasionally wants to hide in the supply closet.

The goal is to notice what’s happening sooner, understand yourself better, and have more choices about what happens next.

What you’ll come away with

My goal isn’t for you to need me forever.

It’s for you to become better at coaching yourself.

By the end of our work together, you’ll have a clearer understanding of your own thought patterns, the tools to question the ones that aren’t serving you, and practice choosing thoughts that are both true and more helpful.

You’ll begin recognizing the difference between a circumstance and the story your brain immediately tells about it.

You’ll know how to interrupt familiar loops before they take over your afternoon—or your entire weekend.

And perhaps most importantly, you’ll have spent twelve sessions paying attention to a person who often ends up pretty far down the priority list:
you.

What to Expect

Twelve private coaching sessions give us room to do something important:
Practice.

Because recognizing an unhelpful thought once is useful.

Recognizing it when you’re tired, irritated, overcommitted, running late, and somebody has just sent an email beginning with “Just a quick question…”?

That’s where the real work begins.

We’ll use cognitive behavioral coaching tools to examine the connection between what you think, how you feel, and what you do.

Together, we’ll experiment with different ways of thinking and give you opportunities to practice them in your actual life.

No grades.
No gold stars.
No requirement to become your “best self” by Thursday.

Just thoughtful conversations, practical tools, honest reflection, and twelve opportunities to practice showing up for yourself differently.

Deep Restoration

Twelve private coaching sessions.

Enough time to notice the patterns.

Question the stories.

Practice something different.

And build skills you can take with you.

You’ve spent a lot of years learning how to show up for everyone else.
Maybe it’s time to get just as good at showing up for yourself.
