I've found that on average, six months is about the right amount of time for most of my clients to make significant progress. Some choose to continue after this point, and others reduce the frequency of sessions.

Although this membership is set up as a six-month package, that's only to make everyone's life more streamlined. Payment is taken each month and you can cancel at any time without penalty.
