Who This Is For
People who find me aren’t lost, they want more.
You know exactly what you want - be it the relationship, the work, the boldness, or the next version of your life. It always seems just a bit out of reach with your body hitting the brakes and flashing warning signs at the edge of the thing you say you want.
That isn’t wrong, it’s your body’s incredible intelligence at work, keeping you safe. What's running the show are brilliant survival strategies your nervous system built long ago - from your own experiences, and from patterns you inherited from your parents and ancestors - along with parts of you that can't yet fathom having what you want.
This is for you if you want your capacity to grow so you can have what you desire. This is for you if you already sense that means going toward your edges, not away from them.
What This Work Is
Somatic work is about meeting these strategies and parts where they are. Together we work with your body to rewire outdated survival strategies, integrate the parts of you that got exiled along the way, release patterns carried down through your lineage, and free what's been held. The foundation is somatics (including pre- and perinatal somatics*), layered with parts work (IFS), energy work, and ancestral healing.
This work meets you at your edge, the place just past what you've been able to hold, and stays with you there. Sometimes that's tender - being with your anger a little longer than you ever have or letting the grief finally move. Sometimes it means naming what you're avoiding or the story you've been hiding behind, even when it's uncomfortable. I'll tell you the truth, because you didn't come to be soothed into staying the same, you came to get free. That's the work, expanding what you can feel and hold and move through, so you can act from your center instead of your old survival strategies.
How it begins:
*Pre- and perinatal somatics works with strategies and beliefs that we adopted super early in this lifetime, from conception to ~age 3.
Testimonials
Heena has a gift for listening all the way down to what's actually happening beneath the surface, then asking exactly the right question at exactly the right moment. She leads from love, not from a script, and knows when to gently guide you forward and when to just stay present with what's there. I came to her with a decision I was wrestling with and left with more clarity, and a deeper trust in myself, than I've had in a long time.
- Jodi McLaren, Money Coach & CFO
Working with Heena has opened up my life in ways I wasn't expecting. I've studied somatic and nervous system work but always had a hard time applying it. I've also spent years in holistic talk therapy that I was happy with. This somatic work with Heena is on a whole other level. I express my emotions and move them through now, without ignoring them. Heena holds space in a very caring and real way. She’s not performative; she’s kind and also encourages you to see the truth and see yourself.
- Chrissy M.
I had a major breakthrough with Heena that majorly altered the course of my program launch that I have been so stressing and stuck about. I wanted some quick tips on details and instead she guided me to FEEL in my body that there was an undeniable much bigger picture approach for me. After we moved through that revelation together, I felt so much better, so much relief that this thing inside me that was stuck was able to come through. Now I have confidence and clarity to launch my program in a more aligned way.
- Nathan, Executive Coach
Heena’s coaching invited me deep diving into even an unconscious level which is connected with the fundamental well of being, and possibly connected with one shared with others, to inquire what I am hoping to accomplish through dance. Her support brought me the courage to move forward and clarity to express it in language.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this coaching or therapy?
What actually happens in a session if we work together?
Do I need to have experience with somatic work or believe in it?
Who is this work for?
I’m not here to save you or do the thing that will make you feel better, I’m here to help YOU cut through it. I want you to outgrow me, to feel that you have the tools to go do what’s next and that our time and work together is complete. This is deep work, it is active work that requires your willingness to go there, and I’ll be with you each step of the way.
Why can’t I just book a call or session with you directly?
The survey lets me feel into that before we meet to protect both of our time and energy and allow for the call to be a real conversation about the work together.
Are sessions online or in person?
What's the commitment if we decide to work together?
What if it's not a fit?
There are two places in the process where we look at fit. Here is what happens at each step.
1) When I review your survey. If I don’t feel like I can serve you, I'll tell you honestly, and where I can, I'll point you toward what might serve you better.
2) During or after our discernment call. Both of us will feel into whether we want to move forward and work together. One of the things that I support people in is finding and articulating their no. If working together doesn’t feel aligned for you after our call, I honor and celebrate that, and my hope is that our call will have served you in some way.
- A survey to share what brings you to the work
- I'll review your survey to see if I could be the right fit for you. If so, we schedule a 30 minute discernment call, where I answer your questions and we both feel into whether it's the right fit, right now, for your journey.
