Every Patient Seen: Practice Transformation for ADHD Clinicians
Tanya Murphy, CBTAC, MBSRP
EVERY PATIENT SEEN: PRACTICE TRANSFORMATION FOR ADHD CLINICIANS
What This Is
Every Patient Seen is a private, deeply personalized extension of the training programs. This service exist because you want to transform your practice over the course of three to twelve months.
Tanya brings to every consulting relationship what no other consultant in this space can offer: the convergence of lived experience as a Black woman, a minister, a wellness practitioner, a person with a late ADHD diagnosis, an ADHD nonprofit CEO and a federal healthcare advocate with over 30 years of policy and advocacy experience. This is not a background assembled for credibility. It is a life lived at the intersection of every dimension this work requires.
On availability: Tanya accepts a maximum of five consulting clients per year. This is not a marketing strategy. It is a commitment to giving each client her full professional attention and her best work, not what's left over after everything else. If you are one of the five, you have her full presence.
Who This Is For
This service is designed for clinicians who have completed Every Patient Seen one day program or Whole Person Care training and are ready to go deeper for real practice transformation. This service is specifically for:
The clinician who wants to examine specific patterns: You have a clinical pattern you know is affecting your Black and brown patients and you want to understand it, name it and change it, in private with someone who will not flinch.
The clinician who encountered something in a previous training: The training surfaced something specific, a realization, a discomfort, a clinical memory, and you need a private space to work through what it means for your practice.
The clinician who wants accountability: The 90 day follow-up gave you a direction. You want structured, personalized support to follow it through.
The clinician who leads a practice: You want to transform not only your own approach but the patient engagement culture of your entire team, from the front desk to the clinical floor.
The clinician who values discretion: You are ready to do this work. You need to know it stays between you and Tanya.
A note on discomfort: This work is not comfortable. Tanya will ask you questions that surface things you would rather not look at directly. She will challenge you. She will not let you stay in the comfortable version of the story. And she will do all of it with respect, care, and the full weight of her experience behind every question. That is what practice transformation requires.
What This Is Not
In the interest of integrity and clarity:
This is not therapy or supervision: Tanya Murphy Consulting provides clinical practice consulting and training. This is not clinical supervision, psychotherapy, or a replacement for any required professional consultation for your field.
This is not a certificate program: Consulting engagements do not confer credentials or certifications.
This is not guaranteed: Practice transformation is the clinician's work. Tanya provides the framework, the challenge, the training, and the support. The change happens because the clinician does the work between sessions.
This is not unlimited access: Between-session email access carries a 48-hour response commitment for questions of two paragraphs or less. Extended written exchanges or urgent clinical consultation requests are addressed in the next scheduled session.

THE ANNUAL RETAINER
THE CLINICAL TEAM ENGAGEMENT
Not Clinical Supervision: These services constitute professional consulting and training, not clinical supervision, therapy or licensure-required consultation. Clinicians remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions and patient care.
HOW TO BEGIN
Consulting engagements are not purchased directly. They begin with an inquiry.
Inquire: Email tmurphy@ryyst.com with the subject line "Consulting Inquiry". Include your name, credentials, clinical setting and which training you have completed or are enrolled in. Two or three sentences on what you are hoping to address in a consulting engagement.
Brief Conversation: If there is alignment, Tanya or her team will schedule a brief 20 minute introductory call to confirm fit and answer your questions. This is not the intake. It is a mutual conversation about whether this is the right engagement for you at this time.
Agreement and deposit: If both parties confirm it, a consulting agreement is sent for signature along with the deposit invoice. Your place is confirmed when both are received.
Intake questionnaire: Before your 60 minute intake assessment, you received a pre-work questionnaire and instructions for gathering your training materials. Come prepared. The intake is where the real work begins.
Begin: Your 60 minute intake assessment is scheduled. The engagement begins.
A word directly to you: If you are reading this and something in you is saying "this is what I need", trust that. The clinicians who will get the most from this work are the ones who already know they have something to examine and are ready to examine it. That readiness is enough. Reach out.
