THE SEAT OF PERSONAL POWER
REPLACING CODEPENDENCY WITH SOVEREIGNTY AND DEVOTION

Most of us learned early that belonging had a price.

We learned to read the room before we read ourselves. We minimized the parts we were conditioned to believe were too much. We said yes when the truer answer was no, and we became skilled at sensing what everyone else needed while slowly losing track of what we truly wanted.

For a long time, that skill kept us safe. It also cost us something. Piece by piece, we handed over our own authority in an attempt to get others to stay.

Power, in this conversation, is not something you take from anyone. It is something you stop giving away.

Join Joel Cross and Dené Logan for an hour on what it takes to come back into the fullest expression of your Self. Not the version of power that performs strength, and not the version that hardens. The kind that comes from being loyal to yourself in ordinary moments, when no one is watching and there's no applause.

Sovereignty is what you build. Self-loyalty and Devotion are how you build it.

Together we will explore:

  • Self-abandonment, and where it actually happens
  • Codependency as a power arrangement
  • Sovereignty as a relationship with yourself first
  • Self-loyalty when it costs you something
  • The difference between self-care, self-love and self-devotion
  • Holding space without abandoning yourself
  • Why turning toward yourself is not selfish

This is not a workshop about becoming someone new. It's about putting down the habit of abandoning the Truth of who you already are.

Come as you are. Bring your questions. We'll explore how we get there together.
