THE SOUL ALIGNMENT

A 1:1 Reiki, intuitive energy reading, and ritual session designed to bring you back into conversation with your body, your energy, and what is asking to shift.

We begin by slowing down and arriving in the present moment through breath and embodiment. As I scan your energy body, I tune into the subtle patterns, sensations, and messages that arise, offering intuitive insights while inviting you to notice what resonates within your own body.

From there, we explore the message together. Is this something your body is ready to release? Something it wants to embrace? Something that simply needs to be witnessed?

Once we understand what is asking for attention, I guide you through a small, intentional ritual to support release, integration, or intention-setting. The session closes with a blessing and energetic protection shield to support continued integration after we part.

You’ll receive a follow-up email with your Soul Report—my handwritten notes and intuitive impressions from our session—to keep as a reference as you continue moving forward.
