Reiki Level II Instruction & Certification

This private training is for those who’ve completed Reiki Level I and feel ready to expand their relationship with Reiki, begin working with the Level II symbols, and learn how to confidently share Reiki with others.

Level II builds on the foundation you’ve already created through self-practice. You’ll deepen your understanding of energy, strengthen your connection with Reiki, and begin developing the skills needed to offer Reiki in a thoughtful, grounded, and ethical way.

You don’t need to feel completely confident, highly intuitive, or “ready” in some perfect way before moving forward. You simply need a foundation in Level I, a willingness to continue practicing, and a desire to explore Reiki more deeply.

This is a private Reiki Level II training designed to help you expand your practice beyond the foundations of Level I.

In most cases, the training is offered virtually over Zoom. If you’re located in New Hampshire and prefer an in-person attunement, this may be an option. Please reach out to discuss availability.

Level II focuses on working with the Reiki symbols, strengthening your energetic awareness, learning how to share Reiki with others, and beginning to understand what it means to hold space as a practitioner.

You’ll receive Reiki Level II teachings, your Level II attunement, a manual and integration practices, guidance for working with others, and a follow-up session to support your continued practice.

This is a personal, supportive container where we can move at your pace, leave room for questions, and help you feel grounded as your relationship with Reiki expands.

We’ll begin by grounding, opening the space, and reconnecting with the foundational principles of Reiki.

From there, we’ll move into the Level II teachings and explore the Reiki symbols, how they’re traditionally used, and how they can become part of your personal practice. We’ll also talk about sharing Reiki with others, preparing yourself before a session, maintaining energetic boundaries, and holding space in a way that feels respectful and grounded.

You’ll then receive your Reiki Level II attunement. This attunement supports the next stage of your relationship with Reiki and introduces you to the energetic practices taught at this level. You don’t need to force an experience, visualize perfectly, or feel something dramatic for the attunement to be meaningful.

Reiki meets each person differently. You may notice warmth, tingling, emotion, imagery, deep relaxation, increased awareness, or subtle shifts that unfold over the days and weeks that follow. After the attunement, we’ll leave space for grounding, reflection, questions, and integration.

You’ll begin a 21-day integration period where you can work with the Level II teachings and symbols through your own Reiki practice. We’ll reconnect for a private follow-up session so you can share what you’ve noticed, ask questions, and receive additional support as you continue.

Reiki Level II is an expansion of the foundation you began in Level I. It’s an invitation to deepen your relationship with Reiki, develop greater confidence in working with energy, and learn how to share this practice with others from a grounded and intentional place.

There’s no need to rush toward mastery. The practice continues to unfold through experience, repetition, self-awareness, and the relationship you build with Reiki over time.

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can be fully present. You may want to create an environment that feels calming to you.

It is helpful to review the Reiki Level II manual prior to our meeting, which you'll receive by email upon booking your session, but it's not required. We'll cover everything you need to know together. It's less important to memorize the information than it is to open yourself to receive the energy.
