Our off-site grief coaching sessions bring dedicated, compassionate care to you or your loved one inside senior living facilities, hospital rooms, or private homes. Each 45-minute session provides a safe, gentle space to process loss within familiar surroundings. We offer these local away sessions at a baseline flat rate of $60 for locations within a 10-mile radius of Goshen, NY. All appointments require an initial consultation and a price agreement to accurately adjust for travel miles and time beyond our standard radius.

- Verify Facility Policy: Contact your loved one's senior living facility or hospital to ensure they allow an outside certified grief coach. Request all regulations and entry requirements before booking your consultation call.
- Create Your Account: Set up your private profile in our secure patient portal.
- Review & Sign: Read and electronically sign the standard booking contract paperwork.
- Schedule Your Consultation: Book a free consultation call so we can discuss your needs and establish your personalized care plan and fee schedule.
- Book Your Appointments: Once your travel distance and fee agreement are finalized, you can easily schedule your recurring sessions.
