Over six months, you'll work through the Ethical Entrepreneurship Ecosystem™ methodology, redesigning your business around an income-generating offer that reflects your expertise, values and the work you want to be known for.

You'll develop the pricing, positioning, marketing and sales strategies that support that offer, then bring everything together into a business model designed to generate the income you need within the capacity you have.

This isn't simply about learning new strategies. You'll be applying the methodology directly to your business, making decisions, developing practical resources and putting the different elements of your Ecosystem into place.

The curriculum is self-paced, with progressive access to each stage, so you have time to work through the material and implement what you're learning.

At three points throughout the programme — towards the beginning, middle and end — we'll work together directly through private 1:1 asynchronous coaching, Monday to Thursday.

During these weeks, I'll review your work, offer strategic feedback, work through decisions with you and, where useful, develop copy, templates or other practical resources to support your implementation.

You'll have the space to work independently, with my direct input at important stages of your business redesign.
