Discovering HER is the entry formation experience for women earlier in the identity journey — students, early-career professionals, and emerging leaders who haven't yet been shaped by years of borrowed habits or compression, and don't need to be. Across seven milestones structured in three movements — See, Name, Build —she moves from a vague sense that she doesn't yet know what she wants, to precise, specific language for who she is, what she values, and how she's meant to lead and decide. Three formal assessments (strengths, values, and passion) ground the work in real data, not guesswork. Nothing here is remedial. Everything is foundational.
