You wake up and something's just... dim.
Not a crisis. Not a breakdown. Just numb. You're making a thousand decisions before 9am and somewhere in the middle of all of it, you stopped having brain space to dream. You're not the fun mom, the fun friend, the version of you that you thought you'd be by now. You're a shadow of her.
And then one day you think: I can't do this anymore. I can't live like this.
That's not burnout. That's a refusal. And it's exactly where this work starts.
I'm a coach, and my job is to get you from "I can't do this anymore" to a real dream, and then help you build the daily life that actually holds it. We do that in three parts:
Envision. Before you can dream again, your body has to feel safe enough to let you. We start there, settling in, sometimes for ten seconds, sometimes for ten minutes, until your nervous system relaxes enough for your brain to actually think past the next hour. Then we get honest about what you want, stripped of what you were handed by expectation or lineage. Not "I should want this." What do you actually want on an ordinary Tuesday?
Embody. A dream only sticks if you believe you're the kind of woman who gets to have it. So we find the limiting beliefs running underneath, the "I'm not really creative," the "I'm not worthy of that", and we bring them into the light. Most people don't even notice they're saying these things. Once you do, we start reinforcing a different identity, one small proof-action at a time.
Execute. Daily actions are where most plans die. We won't let that happen here, we work at the size your actual capacity allows, and we build in a constant rhythm of review, preview, and redesign. Bombed last week? No shame. We course-correct and try again.
This isn't about forcing more out of a life that's already stretched thin. It's a gradual reawakening, until one day you notice you have a little more capacity than you did a year ago, a little more fun than you did last week, and you realize: I didn't even know that was my dream. I didn't know I was still capable of that.
If you're done managing your life and ready to feel like yourself again, this is where that starts.
Testimonials
Visualizing how my future self FEELS, focusing on the feeling and releasing any control of the how. Krista's gentle guidance through visual and somatic exercises truly opened something in me.
- Alexandria
It helped me determine why my goal exists. Krista helped me dig deep and look at my values and how they align with my goal.
- Meredith
I learned our limiting beliefs are just thoughts. When we audit them, we're reminded that those are just thoughts, not our final destination.

Frequently Asked Questions
What will I actually walk away with?
Remembering who you are, and the trust you can be her again
Not just a plan, the actual bandwidth to hold it. You'll know exactly which daily processes have been running you into the ground, and you'll have rebuilt them around who you're becoming, not who you've been defaulting to out of habit or survival.
A big part of our work is helping you stop shrinking the dream down to what feels "manageable" before you've even given yourself room to want it fully.
There's a place for realistic. But there's also a point where realistic just means small enough to not scare you.
I want you leaving this container able to dream again, and I want the plan for getting there to feel less like a stretch and more like the obvious next step, because we built it around your actual capacity instead of an idea of how much you should be able to do.
How is your approach different from traditional coaching?
I don't start with your to-do list. I start with your body.
Most coaching goes straight to strategy, goals, habits, accountability, and wonders later why none of it sticks. I go the other direction. Before we touch a single daily action, we get your body safe enough to actually let you think past the next hour. That's not a warm-up. That's the work. A dream you build from a dysregulated, maxed-out nervous system isn't really yours, it's just the loudest expectation in the room.
Every woman I work with gets somatic tools built specifically for her, not a script I run on everyone, but practices shaped around what actually settles your body.
From there we surface the identity beliefs quietly capping your progress, and we rebuild daily actions sized to your real capacity, not your ambition on a good day.

This is forward-facing work. I'm not a therapist, and we're not excavating why the belief got there, we're catching it in the moment it shows up, and replacing it with proof, one small action at a time.
Do I need to know what I want before I join?
No. Most women come in numb, not clear, going through the motions, making a hundred decisions a day with zero brain space left to dream.
That's not a disqualifier. That's the exact starting point this container is built for.

We settle your body first. The dream comes after, and it's usually not what you expected to find.
