There are moments when God seems to be doing something in you—a stirring, a longing, a quiet invitation—but it's difficult to name. Spiritual direction creates space for that noticing.

When so much of your life is spent pouring into others, you also need space to attend to your own life with God.

I offer spiritual direction for Christian women who desire to deepen their relationship with God and grow in knowing, loving, and following Christ.

As your spiritual director, I serve as a holy listener.

Together, we slow down and pay attention to where God is already at work in your life, discern the invitations God may be extending, and notice what is stirring in your relationship with God.

You don't need to arrive with an agenda, a problem to solve, or a goal to accomplish. This is a prayerful space to listen, reflect, and become more attentive to God's presence and movement in the midst of everyday life.

The ultimate goal of spiritual direction is simple: to know, love, and follow Christ in everyday life.

Six monthly sessions. Our sessions are 60 minutes and may include silence, prayer, reflection, and conversation as we listen together for God's movement in your life.

I will listen carefully and may offer questions or invitations for reflection, but I am not there to tell you what God is saying or what you should do. Spiritual direction creates space for you to become more attentive to your own relationship with God and to discern God's invitations with greater freedom.
