12-Week Marketplace Ministry Executive Coaching Intensive
This 12-week intensive is a one-on-one executive coaching journey for Christian business leaders who want to treat the marketplace as a primary place of calling, discipleship, and Kingdom impact, not a “second-tier” spiritual arena. Across twelve structured sessions, you will work with a seasoned coach to integrate faith and work, deepen leadership integrity, and build a legacy of multiplication in the people you lead.
Each session is a private, 60-minute coaching conversation conducted weekly (in person or via video), beginning and ending in prayer, and anchored in Scripture. The guide behind this intensive is intentionally designed as a flexible backbone, not a script so your coach can adapt the pace and emphasis to your story, leadership context, and the voice of the Holy Spirit in real time.
Who This Is For
This intensive is designed for senior leaders, entrepreneurs, and high-capacity professionals who confess Christ and want their leadership to be a coherent expression of their discipleship. It is especially suited for those who sense a call to marketplace ministry but need help clarifying their assignment, aligning decisions with their faith, and cultivating a Christ-centered culture in their organization.
You do not need to “have it all together” spiritually to participate; you simply need a willingness to be honest, to be coached, and to respond to what God brings to light over 12 weeks. The coaching posture is non-prescriptive and non-condemning; your coach will ask, explore, and co-discern with you rather than lecture or direct.
What You Will Experience Over 12 Weeks
The intensive follows a clear progression from calling, to integration, to integrity, to culture, to stewardship, to legacy. Each session includes a focused objective, key Scriptures, powerful coaching questions, and practical homework to translate insight into action. The overall arc of the journey is:
· Weeks 1–2: Calling and Kingdom Assignment
You will reframe your work as a God-given arena for worship and ministry, and craft a personal marketplace-calling statement tied to your current sphere of influence. Together with your coach, you will clarify where your gifts, experiences, and present responsibilities create unique Kingdom leverage in this season.

· Weeks 3–4: Integrating Faith with Daily Decisions and Rhythms
You will surface gaps between stated convictions and real-time decisions and learn a simple discernment grid to slow down and seek God’s wisdom in high-stakes choices. In parallel, you will design realistic spiritual rhythms, small, sustainable practices that anchor your attention to Christ in the actual pace of your leadership life.

· Weeks 5–6: Inner Story, Integrity, and Guardrails
You will examine the inner narratives and motives (approval, fear, control, achievement, comfort) that drive your leadership behavior and identify integrity gaps you can no longer ignore. From there, you will establish specific boundaries and accountability structures around your greatest areas of temptation or vulnerability so that good intentions become protected commitments.

· Weeks 7–8: Culture, People Care, and Difficult Conversations
You will assess your current workplace culture in light of the character of Christ and discern the shifts needed to move toward a more Christ-centered environment. These sessions also strengthen your shepherding of people, including how you show up in conflict, hard feedback, and caring for those entrusted to your leadership.

· Weeks 9–10: Stewardship, Money, and Redefining Success
You will reframe profit, resources, and influence as stewardship rather than ownership, and explore what Kingdom fruitfulness looks like in your specific context. This includes redefining success with Kingdom-oriented metrics, not merely financial outcomes, and aligning resource decisions with those convictions.

· Weeks 11–12: Resilience, Trials, Legacy, and Multiplication
You will learn to interpret hardship, pressure, and opposition through a redemptive lens, asking what God may be forming in you through trials rather than only seeking relief. The journey culminates in identifying one or two people to invest in and crafting a simple pathway to multiply what God has built in you into the next generation of marketplace leaders.

Coaching Rhythm and Commitments
Every session follows a simple, repeatable rhythm to keep the experience grounded and transformational. You will begin with a brief check-in and prayer, move into focused coaching around that week’s theme, and end with clear homework and a moment of commitment before God. Between sessions, you will engage in targeted homework and journal prompts, such as practicing a discernment grid on real decisions, experimenting with new spiritual rhythms, or drafting a lament about a current hardship to ensure that the work lives in your actual calendar, team, and decision-making.
Throughout the 12 weeks, Scripture is treated as a live voice, not a decorative add-on. Each session is anchored in specific passages that shape perspective on calling, decision-making, identity, stewardship, suffering, and multiplication, allowing the Word and the Spirit to do the deepest work.
Outcomes You Can Expect

· Integrate faith into daily decisions through a practical discernment process that addresses facts, motives, Scripture, counsel, and prayer.
· Live with greater integrity from the inside out, with named false narratives, clarified character goals, and concrete boundaries and accountability.
· Lead toward a more Christ-centered culture, with greater skill in caring for people, engaging conflict, and setting spiritual tone in the organization.
· View profit, resources, and outcomes through a stewardship lens, and measure success with Kingdom metrics rather than only financial indicators.
· Face trials with deeper resilience and a redemptive perspective, seeing hardship as a place of formation rather than only frustration.
· Step into legacy and multiplication by intentionally investing in at least one other person, extending marketplace ministry beyond your own leadership.
