One-Hour Private Session

Bring Whatever You Want to Talk About

You don’t need to arrive with the perfect question or even know exactly what you need.

Maybe you’re going through a breakup.

Maybe you’re confused about a relationship.

Maybe you have a decision you keep going back and forth about.

Maybe something happened and you can’t stop thinking about it.

Or maybe you simply need an hour to talk honestly with someone who will listen, ask good questions, and help you sort through what’s going on.
That’s what this session is for.

There is no predetermined agenda.

You bring whatever is happening in your life, and we start there.

I’ll listen carefully, ask questions, help you separate the facts from your assumptions, and offer my perspective when it’s useful.

Sometimes you need advice.

Sometimes you need someone to challenge the story you’ve been telling yourself.

Sometimes you need to say everything out loud before you can understand what you actually think.

And sometimes you already know what you need to do—you just need a conversation that helps you see it more clearly.

My style is conversational and straightforward. I take what you’re dealing with seriously, but that doesn’t mean every conversation has to feel heavy. When appropriate, I also believe humor and perspective can make difficult situations a little easier to work through.

You don’t have to prepare anything beforehand.

Just show up with whatever is on your mind.

For one hour, that’s what we’ll work on.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can we talk about?
Almost anything you want to work through.

People may use the session to talk about a breakup, relationship, dating situation, major decision, family issue, work problem, personal goal, feeling stuck, or simply something that has been occupying a lot of mental space.

You don’t have to choose from a list before booking.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No.

You’re welcome to make notes beforehand if that helps you, but it isn’t necessary.

At the beginning of the session, I’ll simply ask what’s going on and what you’d most like to get out of our hour together.
What if I don’t know exactly what I want help with?
No.

I’ve spent many years working with people around breakups and relationships, so that is certainly an area we can discuss, but this session is deliberately broader.

If there is something happening in your life that you want to talk through, you can bring it.
Are you going to tell me what to do?
Not automatically.

My job isn’t to take over your decisions.

I’ll ask questions, point out things I notice, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and give you my perspective.

If you want direct advice, you can ask for it.

Ultimately, the decisions remain yours.
Is this therapy?
No.

This is a private coaching and conversation session, not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or medical care.

If what you’re dealing with requires professional mental-health, medical, legal, or other specialized support, I may encourage you to seek someone appropriately qualified in that area.
What if I just need someone to listen?
That’s a perfectly good reason to book.

Not every conversation needs to end with a five-step action plan.

Sometimes being able to tell the complete story to someone who is paying attention—and having someone ask thoughtful questions—is valuable by itself.
What happens at the end of the session?
Ideally, you leave with more clarity than you came in with.

That might mean knowing what you want to do next, seeing the situation differently, having a specific action to take, or simply feeling like you finally had the chance to talk through something properly.

There isn’t one predetermined outcome because every conversation is different.
