You may already understand the problem intellectually but find that understanding alone has not changed the automatic response.

This is focused work designed to move beyond analysis and into RECOGNIZING and RECALIBRATING the pattern.

What You’ll Come Away With

Your session is individualized, but the objective is for you to leave with:

• A clearer understanding of how the pattern operates.
• Greater awareness of the difference between an automatic response and a conscious choice.
• A different relationship to thoughts, emotions, beliefs, or associations connected with the pattern.
• Personally meaningful internal resources you can access beyond the session.
• A practical next step for applying what you discovered.

Rather than telling you what you should think or feel, the work is designed to strengthen your ability to notice, evaluate, choose, and respond differently.

What to Expect
We begin by defining one intention/one specific outcome for the session.
From there, I guide you through a structured, collaborative hypnosis process appropriate to your goal. This may include focused attention, imagery, perspective work, reframing, resource-oriented exercises, and future-oriented rehearsal.

You remain an active participant throughout the process. You can speak, ask questions, accept or reject suggestions, and pause or stop at any time.
We finish by connecting the work to something practical: what you recognize now, what has shifted, and what you choose to do next.
