As an educator and mental health professional, I have developed quite a few skills and a massive amount of knowledge pertaining to coaching, consulting, and facilitating learning and skill-building. When I completed my first degree, I wanted to use that new knowledge in a space that I could call my own. So, I started a business and began to coach organizations through workshops packaged with coaching opportunities.
Twenty years later, I still believe in this concept because transformation comes with not just gaining knowledge, but how we reflect upon it and take action toward it. I have now expanded our work. We are offering career coaching to individuals in education and mental health professionals.
