Flourishing with AuDHD™

Being autistic, ADHD or AuDHD can influence every part of your life—from managing everyday responsibilities and relationships to navigating university, employment and your emotional wellbeing.

However, no two neurodivergent people have exactly the same experiences, strengths, challenges or priorities.

Flourishing with AuDHD™ is a personalised six-session coaching programme designed around you.

Rather than asking you to follow a fixed, one-size-fits-all curriculum, we will explore your current circumstances, identify what matters most to you and select the areas of coaching most relevant to your life.

One programme, personalised to your life

Your coaching can focus on everyday life, university, work—or a combination of these.

You do not need to choose a single pathway. Different areas of life often affect one another, and your coaching programme can evolve as your understanding and priorities develop.

Everyday life and wellbeing

Possible areas of focus include:

  • Understanding your autistic, ADHD or AuDHD profile
  • Energy, capacity and managing demands
  • Recognising and preventing burnout
  • Creating compassionate and sustainable routines
  • Executive functioning and task initiation
  • Procrastination and feeling stuck
  • Emotional awareness and regulation
  • Rejection sensitivity
  • Sensory needs and accommodations
  • Identity, masking and self-acceptance
  • Confidence, strengths and self-trust
  • Relationships, communication and boundaries
  • Developing a meaningful and sustainable life

University and academic life

Possible areas of focus include:

  • Understanding how your neurodivergence affects learning
  • Starting, planning and completing academic work
  • Managing deadlines, competing priorities and workload
  • Procrastination, perfectionism and task paralysis
  • Creating realistic study routines and systems
  • Managing energy and preventing burnout
  • Communication with tutors and support services
  • Identifying helpful accommodations and adjustments
  • Navigating transitions and changes
  • Building confidence and recognising your strengths
  • Balancing university with the rest of your life

Work and employment

Possible areas of focus include:

  • Understanding your neurodivergent workplace profile
  • Managing workload, competing demands and priorities
  • Executive functioning and organisation
  • Communication with colleagues and managers
  • Boundaries and sustainable working practices
  • Workplace relationships and difficult interactions
  • Emotional regulation and rejection sensitivity
  • Recognising and responding to signs of burnout
  • Identifying reasonable adjustments
  • Preparing for meetings or workplace conversations
  • Career confidence, strengths and progression
  • Returning to work following absence or burnout

How the programme works

We will begin by exploring your neurodivergent profile, current circumstances, strengths, needs and priorities.

Together, we will agree a personalised focus for your coaching. This provides direction without creating a rigid plan that cannot respond to what is happening in your life.

During the programme, we may draw on:
  • Neurodiversity-affirming coaching
  • Positive psychology
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy-informed approaches
  • Strengths-based practice
  • Psychoeducation
  • Reflective exercises
  • Practical strategies and personalised resources

The emphasis is not on making you appear less autistic or ADHD. It is about helping you understand yourself, work with your neurodivergence and develop approaches that are realistic, compassionate and sustainable.

What is included?

Your programme includes:

  • Six individual 60-minute coaching sessions
  • Three months of personalised coaching support
  • An initial exploration of your neurodivergent profile and priorities
  • A personalised coaching plan
  • Relevant psychoeducational materials
  • Reflective exercises and practical resources
  • Between-session email or messaging support
  • A final progress review and planned ending

Sessions usually take place fortnightly, although we can agree a schedule that works for both of us.

Investment
The complete three-month programme costs £597.

You can choose to pay:
  • £597 in full, or
  • Three fixed monthly instalments of £199

The instalment option is a payment plan for the complete six-session programme. It is not a rolling monthly subscription.

At the end of the programme, we will review your progress and bring our agreed block of coaching to a clear and intentional close. If you would benefit from further coaching, you can choose to purchase another block. There is no expectation or obligation to continue.

Who is this programme for?

Flourishing with AuDHD™ may be suitable for you if you:

  • Are autistic, ADHD or AuDHD
  • Are formally diagnosed, self-identified or exploring your neurodivergence
  • Want to understand yourself more compassionately
  • Feel overwhelmed, stuck or at risk of burnout
  • Want support with work, university or everyday life
  • Have tried conventional productivity systems that have not worked for you
  • Want practical strategies that respect your needs and capacity
  • Would like structured support without being placed into a rigid programme

You do not need to arrive with clearly defined goals. Part of our early work can involve making sense of what is happening and identifying where coaching could be most helpful.

A collaborative and neurodiversity-affirming approach

Coaching is a partnership. You are the expert on your own experiences, and my role is to help you explore them with curiosity, compassion and structure.
We will work at a pace that takes account of your energy, processing style and capacity. You will not be expected to complete large amounts of work between sessions or force yourself through strategies that do not suit you.
Our focus will be on developing greater understanding, self-trust and sustainable ways of moving forward.

Workplace or Access to Work funding

If your coaching is being funded by an employer or through Access to Work, you may require a longer programme, a formal quotation or additional information.

Please contact me before purchasing so that we can discuss your requirements and identify the most appropriate arrangement.

Looking for something more bespoke?

If the standard six-session programme does not quite meet your needs and you would prefer a more bespoke coaching arrangement, please contact me directly.

We can discuss what you are looking for, whether coaching is the right form of support and whether I can offer a suitable alternative.

Before purchasing

I recommend booking a complimentary discovery call before purchasing the programme.

This gives us an opportunity to:

  • Discuss what you would like support with
  • Consider whether coaching is appropriate for your needs
  • Explore whether my approach feels right for you
  • Ask any questions about the programme
  • Decide whether we would work well together

There is no pressure or obligation to purchase following a discovery call.
Important information

Coaching is not a replacement for medical care, psychotherapy, crisis support or mental health treatment.

If your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, I will discuss this sensitively with you and may recommend seeking support from an appropriately qualified health or mental health professional.

Ready to explore your next steps?

Book a complimentary discovery call to discuss your needs and find out whether Flourishing with AuDHD™ is the right programme for you.

One programme. Personalised to your needs, circumstances and version of flourishing.
