Depending on your company’s needs, our work may include mapping priority workflows, improving onboarding and offboarding processes, clarifying team roles and decision-making authority, organizing SOPs and internal resources, and determining how your current software should support the work.
You will leave the Sprint with clear operational priorities, customized recommendations, practical workflow and system resources, and a 90-day implementation plan built around your company’s needs, team, and growth goals.
The Sprint includes operational assessment, system strategy, workflow design, and implementation planning. Full implementation, extensive SOP writing, software configuration, and ongoing operational support are not included but can be scoped separately after the Sprint.
