LearnSmart Semester Group Coaching — Application & Fit Review
LearnSmart Academic Coaching Services
LearnSmart Semester Coaching is a live online academic-coaching programme designed to help university students manage the greater independence, competing demands and longer-term responsibilities of university life. It focuses on practical learning systems—not subject tutoring.
PROGRAMME FORMAT
• 16 live, 75-minute small-group coaching sessions
• Saturdays, 4:00–5:15 p.m. GMT
• Maximum of 8 students across Ghana and international enrolment routes
• Three individual 60-minute reviews: initial planning, midpoint evidence review and final review with next-semester planning
• Optional 20-minute check-ins where a genuine support need arises, subject to availability
• Practical support with planning, beginning work, managing deadlines, studying effectively, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies
PROGRAMME DATES
24 and 31 October; 7, 14, 21 and 28 November; 5 and 12 December 2026; 9, 16, 23 and 30 January; and 6, 13, 20 and 27 February 2027.
There are no regular sessions from 19 December 2026 to 2 January 2027 during the Christmas and end-of-year break.
PROGRAMME FEES
Ghana: GHS 4,000 paid in full, or two instalments of GHS 2,050 (GHS 4,100 total).
International: USD 520 paid in full, or two instalments of USD 265 (USD 530 total).
The fee covers the complete 24 October 2026–27 February 2027 programme. Completing this application is free and does not require payment. Payment instructions are sent privately only after LearnSmart approves the application and confirms a cohort place.
The programme is intentionally online and open to students in Ghana and internationally. Applicants are responsible for checking the stated GMT session time against their local time, including any daylight-saving changes.
Submitting an application does not guarantee enrolment. LearnSmart will review programme fit, availability, online access and the remaining cohort capacity before sending the appropriate agreement and private payment instructions. Please do not make payment before receiving those instructions.
