LearnSmart Individual Term Coaching — Application & Fit Review

Individual Term Coaching gives a learner focused, one-to-one support while keeping the work connected to their real school-term demands. It is designed for students in Years/Grades 7–12 or equivalent and is available internationally online.

HOW IT WORKS
• Enrolment can begin at an agreed point during the learner’s school term.
• The learner receives four weekly 60-minute individual coaching sessions each month.
• Coaching responds to the learner’s current workload, routines, assessment demands and evidence of progress.
• The plan is reviewed and adjusted as the term develops rather than following a fixed generic sequence.
• Parent/guardian communication is included where appropriate for the learner’s age and agreed support plan.

FEES
Ghana: GHS 2,400 per month
International: USD 225 per month
United Kingdom: GBP 175 per month where agreed

Enrolment is for the agreed school term, while payment is made monthly in advance. The fee secures four sessions for that month.

APPLICATION AND FIT REVIEW
Completing this application does not confirm enrolment and no payment is required at this stage. LearnSmart will review the learner’s year/grade level, goals, current needs, time zone, online access and scheduling requirements.

If the programme is a suitable fit and appointment availability is confirmed, the parent/guardian will receive the correct Ghana or international agreement, payment instructions and private booking access.

This application route is for individual coaching. Group Term Coaching is currently paused.
