We’ll talk about what’s been feeling difficult, what you’d like to be different, and what’s been getting in the way. I’ll ask some thoughtful questions, share a few insights, and help you see how you can start making sense of things in a way that feels practical and doable.

I’ll also explain a bit about how I work, so you can decide if it feels like a good fit. This is simply a chance for us to meet, get a feel for each other, and see what might be possible.
