EXPLORE + FOCUS gives you both the space to open up your possibilities and individual support to make sense of what you discover.
First, EXPLORE
- Join me for a practical 90-minute workshop where I'll guide you through a structured process to build your own Ideas Bank of career possibilities.
- You'll draw on your experience, interests, strengths and curiosities to get beyond the obvious options and discover new directions that may be worth exploring.
- You'll start to notice the common threads in the possibilities that interest you and come away with more to work with than “I don't know what I want to do instead.”
Then, FOCUS
- After EXPLORE, you'll have a private 60–75 minute session with me to work with what you've discovered.
- You can book your FOCUS session as soon as you sign up, for a date after you've completed EXPLORE. I recommend scheduling it within a month of the workshop, while your ideas are still fresh.
- Together, we'll make sense of your possibilities, identify the strongest threads, narrow your focus and decide what is worth investigating next.
You don't need to leave EXPLORE knowing exactly what you want to do. That's what FOCUS is there to help you begin to work through.

• A clearer understanding of what draws your interest.
• A more focused set of possibilities worth investigating.
• A clearer idea of what you need to find out next.

EXPLORE workshop: Saturday, 7 November at 11 a.m. Ireland/UK
Duration: 90 minutes
Format: Live online
FOCUS session: Private 60–75 minute session with Nicola, to be booked for a date after EXPLORE. I recommend scheduling your FOCUS session within a month of the workshop. If you don't see a time that suits, please email me.

Can't attend EXPLORE live?
You’ll have access to the workshop recording for six months if you need it. That’s there to give you flexibility, not because I think you should wait that long! Ideally, complete EXPLORE and have your FOCUS session within a month of the live workshop at the start of November.
After you book
- Once you’ve paid, you’ll be able to book your private FOCUS session straight away. Please choose a date after EXPLORE, ideally within a month while your ideas are still fresh.
- You’ll also receive access to EXPLORE in your client portal, where you can join the live workshop or watch the recording afterwards.
- Please complete EXPLORE before your FOCUS session so that we have your Ideas Bank and initial possibilities to work with.
