Energy Mastery is a six-week intimate group experience designed to help you move from wondering if you’re intuitive to understanding how your gifts actually 
work, and trusting yourself when they speak.

Your intuition has its own language.

Clairvoyance. Claircognizance. Clairsentience. Clairaudience.

We can learn the definitions.

But mastering your gifts comes from discovering how they show up through you.

Over our six weeks together, we’ll explore your clair gifts through conversation, energetic practices and real-time exercises that give you the opportunity to actually use them.

You’ll begin noticing the subtle differences between intuition, fear, imagination and the voice of your own mind.

You’ll experiment.

You’ll receive.

You’ll probably get things “wrong.”

And then you’ll experience those incredible moments when something comes through that you couldn’t possibly have known.

Because confidence in your intuition doesn’t come from someone telling you that you’re intuitive.

This is a practice space.

There is no pressure to perform here.

No expectation that your gifts should look like anyone else’s.

And no hierarchy of who is the “most intuitive” person in the room.

Energy Mastery is intentionally limited to six women so we can create a safe, 
intimate space to explore together.

A place to ask the questions you’ve been afraid are silly.

To practice receiving without worrying about being right.

To learn from the way other women experience their gifts.

And to have someone beside you who can help you understand what’s happening when your intuition starts speaking in ways you don’t yet recognize.

During our six weeks together, we’ll explore:

Your unique intuitive language
Discover which clair gifts are strongest for you and the ways they naturally communicate.

The clairs
Explore clairvoyance, claircognizance, clairsentience and clairaudience through practice rather than theory alone.

Energy
Learn to notice what you're sensing in your own energetic field and what may be coming from outside of you.

Discernment
Begin recognizing the difference between intuitive information and fear, ego, expectation or imagination.

Receiving
Practice opening yourself to information without forcing an answer or trying to make something happen.

Trust
Build confidence through experience so you can begin following what you receive in your everyday life.
