In-Home Reiki/Energy Session (NH Only)

This is a space where your body gets to soften.

Nothing needs to be explained or figured out. You don’t need to put words to what you’re feeling.

We simply create the conditions for your system to settle so your body can begin to release what it’s been holding, in its own time and in its own way.

This work is quiet, gentle, and deeply supportive.

You might feel drawn to this space if your body feels tense, overwhelmed, or like it’s been carrying more than it can process.

Each session is calm, intuitive, and led by what your body is ready for.

You’ll be invited to rest comfortably while I work with your energy system. There’s nothing you need to do or focus on.

You might notice sensations in your body, emotional shifts, or simply a deep sense of rest. Everything is welcome.

People often leave an energy healing session feeling more grounded and settled without needing to understand exactly what shifted.

There’s nothing specific you need to do to prepare either physically or energetically. You may wish to dress comfortably and have a quiet space available without distractions.

This session will be held in a space of your choosing (at your home, in most cases). I travel to you with a portable massage table.
