Coach supervision offers a reflective, supportive space to explore your coaching practice, deepen self-awareness, and grow personally and professionally as a coach.
Together, we may explore client relationships, ethical dilemmas, professional challenges, and the ways your own experiences and perspectives influence your coaching. Sessions are tailored to what you bring, providing space for reflection, fresh perspectives, and renewed clarity and confidence in your work.
As an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), Coach Educator, and holder of ICF Mentor Coach and Coach Supervision Specializations (MCS and CSS), I also bring experience and knowledge of the ICF competency, ethical, and credentialing frameworks. I can offer informed perspectives on their application to coaching practice, while recognizing that official interpretations and determinations rest with ICF.
