Your goal deserves more than another fresh start.

You know there is something you want to move forward. A project you keep revisiting. A commitment that matters to you. An idea that has spent too long waiting for the right time. Yet between competing demands, second-guessing, and the pressure to get it right, your intentions keep getting postponed.

The Follow-Through Intensive helps you turn a meaningful goal into practical action, understand what interrupts your progress, and develop a more consistent way to move forward.

Through eight private coaching sessions with Vince Morales, you will work on a real goal from your own life. Together, you will clarify what matters, identify the obstacles affecting your follow-through, and create an approach that fits your responsibilities, resources, and capacity.

Understand what keeps getting in the way.

Difficulty following through can have several sources. The next step may be unclear. Your plan may demand more time than you have. You may be avoiding uncertainty, waiting for perfect conditions, or treating every decision as a test of your ability.

Coaching gives you space to examine those patterns and address the obstacle that is actually affecting your progress. You will explore both the practical conditions surrounding your goal and the beliefs influencing how you approach it.

Strengthen the identity behind your actions.

When plans repeatedly stall, it can become easy to conclude, “I never finish anything” or “I’m just not disciplined.” Those conclusions deserve examination.

Throughout the intensive, you will work on making realistic commitments, recognizing evidence of follow-through, and responding constructively when things do not go as planned. The aim is to develop greater self-trust through actions you can point to and learn from.

Build momentum that can survive an imperfect week.

You will practice breaking work into manageable steps, protecting your priorities, and adjusting your approach when circumstances change.

Between sessions, you will apply what you are learning to your chosen goal, then bring the experience back into coaching for reflection and refinement.
Progress may mean completing a milestone, making a difficult decision, asking for needed support, or returning to a commitment sooner after a setback. Together, we will define the evidence that matters for your goal.

By the end of the intensive, the aim is for you to have meaningful progress to build on, a clearer understanding of your execution patterns, and a practical approach you can continue using.

Move what matters forward. Start building your next chapter through the commitments you practice today.

Frequently Asked Questions

What services does Validus Coaching and Consulting offer?
Validus Coaching & Consulting offers personalized coaching, focused coaching programs, leadership consulting, and motivational speaking and workshops. Our work centers on mindset, identity, self-image, confidence, resilience, and intentional action.
Whether you want to strengthen self-trust, change patterns that hold you back, navigate personal challenges, or lead more effectively, we help you clarify what matters and develop practical steps forward. Choose individual coaching sessions for flexible support or a focused program for a more structured experience.
Is this therapy or clinical treatment?
No. Validus Coaching and Consulting provides coaching focused on personal growth, self-awareness, goals, and intentional action. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not a substitute for therapy. We may explore how past experiences influence your present choices, while keeping our work focused on coaching goals. If your needs fall outside that scope, we’ll discuss seeking appropriate professional support.
Can coaching help me change patterns that keep holding me back?
Coaching can help you examine patterns such as second-guessing yourself, avoiding difficult conversations, dismissing your progress, or struggling to follow through. Together, we explore what contributes to those patterns, including your beliefs, habits, circumstances, and competing demands. From there, we identify practical alternatives you can test in everyday life and use what you learn to guide your next steps.
What if I’ve had a difficult past or made choices I regret?
You do not need a perfect past or a polished story to begin coaching. You’ll be met with respect, curiosity, and honest conversation, with room to acknowledge both what you’ve experienced and what you want to do differently. You choose what to share. Our focus is on understanding what matters now and helping you take responsibility for the choices within your control, without reducing you to your mistakes or setbacks.
Who can benefit from coaching at Validus Coaching & Consulting?
Our coaching is designed for adults who want to strengthen their mindset, self-image, confidence, resilience, or leadership. You might have a specific goal, feel caught in a familiar pattern, or want greater clarity about your next chapter. Coaching may be a good fit if you’re willing to reflect honestly, consider different perspectives, and practice new actions between sessions. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.
What is your approach to coaching?
My approach connects how you see yourself with how you interpret experiences, make decisions, and take action. We explore the beliefs and patterns influencing your choices while also considering your circumstances, responsibilities, and available support. You can expect thoughtful questions, constructive challenge, practical tools, and collaborative accountability. Together, we shape next steps around your goals and adjust as you learn what works for you.
How do I know which coaching option is right for me?
Individual coaching sessions offer flexible support for a specific concern, decision, or personal goal. Focused programs provide a more structured experience around a defined area of growth, while an ongoing coaching partnership offers continuity across several priorities. If you’re unsure where to begin, book a free 30-minute consultation. We’ll discuss what you’re looking for, answer your questions, and explore whether coaching with Validus is a good fit.
What happens if I miss a session?
If you’re unable to attend, please contact me as soon as possible. Rescheduling and missed sessions are handled according to the cancellation policy in your coaching agreement. If an emergency or technical issue prevents you from joining, let me know so we can discuss the available options.
Can I book a one-time session or do I need a package?
You can book a single coaching session or choose a package. A one-time session offers focused space to explore a specific challenge, clarify a decision, or identify your next steps. A package provides continuity to practice what you’re learning, review progress, and work through challenges over several sessions. If you’re unsure, we can discuss which option best fits your goals.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. Virtual coaching allows us to work together from a location that’s convenient for you. Choose a quiet, private space where you can speak openly, with a reliable internet connection and minimal distractions. Please check your appointment details for instructions on joining your session.
How do I get started?
If you’re ready, select your coaching session or package and follow the booking steps. If you’d like to talk first, book a free 30-minute consultation to discuss your goals, ask questions, and explore whether we’re a good fit. You don’t need a perfectly defined goal to begin. Bring what’s on your mind, and we’ll clarify a starting point together.

Your eight-session journey

Session 1: Choose What You Will Move Forward
Identify the goal or project that will anchor your coaching. Clarify why it matters, what is within your influence, and what realistic progress would look like.

Session 2: Understand Where Progress Breaks Down
Examine what happens between deciding and doing. Explore unclear steps, competing demands, avoidance, perfectionism, and the self-stories that may shape your response.

Session 3: Make the Commitment Workable
Translate your goal into manageable milestones and concrete next actions. Check the plan against your available time, resources, support, and responsibilities.

Session 4: Create Conditions for Action
Develop practical ways to make starting easier and protect time for what matters. Identify distractions, unnecessary friction, and environmental changes that could support your effort.

Session 5: Follow Through When It Feels Uncomfortable
Explore the thoughts and feelings that arise when action involves uncertainty, visibility, or possible disappointment. Practice taking a considered next step without requiring complete confidence first.

Session 6: Review the Evidence and Refine the Plan
Evaluate your progress using what actually happened. Recognize completed actions, examine missed commitments without turning them into identity judgments, and revise your approach.

Session 7: Recover Momentum After Disruption
Create a practical response to interrupted routines, setbacks, and changing demands. Practice deciding when to resume, simplify, seek support, or change direction.

Session 8: Make Follow-Through a Continuing Practice
Review your progress and the conditions that supported it. Develop a continuation plan with clear priorities, realistic commitments, and a regular review process.

Program pacing
Your eight sessions are designed to take place over approximately 10–12 weeks, allowing time to apply the work between meetings. Session themes may be adjusted to reflect your goal, circumstances, and progress.
