How much of your life is waiting for you to feel more confident?

The conversation you keep rehearsing. The boundary you keep postponing. The opportunity you want, but hesitate to pursue. You may know what you want to say or do, yet find yourself questioning whether you are ready, capable, or entitled to take that step.

Confidence X: Group Coaching Experience gives you a place to examine those doubts, strengthen self-trust, and practice showing up with greater clarity and intention.

Through eight live group coaching sessions with Vince Morales, you will explore the mindset, beliefs, and self-perceptions influencing your confidence. Alongside a small group of adults working toward their own meaningful goals, you will have opportunities to speak, reflect, practice, and learn from perspectives beyond your own.

Examine the beliefs behind your hesitation.

Confidence can become tied to rules you rarely stop to question: “I must get it right.” “Everyone needs to approve.” “If I feel uncomfortable, I’m not ready.”
Together, we will examine how those rules influence your choices and consider approaches that better support your values, responsibilities, and goals. You will also explore the identity statements that can keep you quiet, accommodating, or reluctant to be seen.

Practice the moments that matter.

Your everyday experiences will help shape the work. You might practice expressing a different opinion, making a request, setting a boundary, receiving feedback, or taking a step you have been postponing.

The group provides opportunities to rehearse these situations, receive thoughtful feedback, and notice what happens when you try a different response. You choose the personal experiences you share and the goals you work toward.

Learn alongside others while working on your own growth.

Someone else’s coaching conversation may reveal a question you have never asked yourself. A peer’s observation may help you recognize a strength you tend to dismiss. Practicing aloud may show you where you want to be clearer or more direct.

Vince will guide the process through focused coaching, structured discussion, and practical exercises. Between sessions, you will apply what you are learning in your own life and return with experiences to examine.

Build evidence you can carry forward.

The aim is to strengthen your ability to act thoughtfully, even when confidence fluctuates. Through realistic commitments and reflection, you will work toward a more grounded view of yourself and a clearer understanding of how you want to show up.

Give your voice room to grow. Practice the choices that support who you are becoming.

Frequently Asked Questions

What services does Validus Coaching and Consulting offer?
Validus Coaching & Consulting offers personalized coaching, focused coaching programs, leadership consulting, and motivational speaking and workshops. Our work centers on mindset, identity, self-image, confidence, resilience, and intentional action.
Whether you want to strengthen self-trust, change patterns that hold you back, navigate personal challenges, or lead more effectively, we help you clarify what matters and develop practical steps forward. Choose individual coaching sessions for flexible support or a focused program for a more structured experience.
Is this therapy or clinical treatment?
No. Validus Coaching and Consulting provides coaching focused on personal growth, self-awareness, goals, and intentional action. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not a substitute for therapy. We may explore how past experiences influence your present choices, while keeping our work focused on coaching goals. If your needs fall outside that scope, we’ll discuss seeking appropriate professional support.
Can coaching help me change patterns that keep holding me back?
Coaching can help you examine patterns such as second-guessing yourself, avoiding difficult conversations, dismissing your progress, or struggling to follow through. Together, we explore what contributes to those patterns, including your beliefs, habits, circumstances, and competing demands. From there, we identify practical alternatives you can test in everyday life and use what you learn to guide your next steps.
What if I’ve had a difficult past or made choices I regret?
You do not need a perfect past or a polished story to begin coaching. You’ll be met with respect, curiosity, and honest conversation, with room to acknowledge both what you’ve experienced and what you want to do differently. You choose what to share. Our focus is on understanding what matters now and helping you take responsibility for the choices within your control, without reducing you to your mistakes or setbacks.
Who can benefit from coaching at Validus Coaching & Consulting?
Our coaching is designed for adults who want to strengthen their mindset, self-image, confidence, resilience, or leadership. You might have a specific goal, feel caught in a familiar pattern, or want greater clarity about your next chapter. Coaching may be a good fit if you’re willing to reflect honestly, consider different perspectives, and practice new actions between sessions. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.
What is your approach to coaching?
My approach connects how you see yourself with how you interpret experiences, make decisions, and take action. We explore the beliefs and patterns influencing your choices while also considering your circumstances, responsibilities, and available support. You can expect thoughtful questions, constructive challenge, practical tools, and collaborative accountability. Together, we shape next steps around your goals and adjust as you learn what works for you.
How do I know which coaching option is right for me?
Individual coaching sessions offer flexible support for a specific concern, decision, or personal goal. Focused programs provide a more structured experience around a defined area of growth, while an ongoing coaching partnership offers continuity across several priorities. If you’re unsure where to begin, book a free 30-minute consultation. We’ll discuss what you’re looking for, answer your questions, and explore whether coaching with Validus is a good fit.
What happens if I miss a session?
If you’re unable to attend, please contact me as soon as possible. Rescheduling and missed sessions are handled according to the cancellation policy in your coaching agreement. If an emergency or technical issue prevents you from joining, let me know so we can discuss the available options.
Can I book a one-time session or do I need a package?
You can book a single coaching session or choose a package. A one-time session offers focused space to explore a specific challenge, clarify a decision, or identify your next steps. A package provides continuity to practice what you’re learning, review progress, and work through challenges over several sessions. If you’re unsure, we can discuss which option best fits your goals.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. Virtual coaching allows us to work together from a location that’s convenient for you. Choose a quiet, private space where you can speak openly, with a reliable internet connection and minimal distractions. Please check your appointment details for instructions on joining your session.
How do I get started?
If you’re ready, select your coaching session or package and follow the booking steps. If you’d like to talk first, book a free 30-minute consultation to discuss your goals, ask questions, and explore whether we’re a good fit. You don’t need a perfectly defined goal to begin. Bring what’s on your mind, and we’ll clarify a starting point together.

Your eight-session journey

Session 1: Define Confidence on Your Terms
Identify where you want to show up differently and what meaningful progress would look like. Establish group agreements for respectful participation, privacy, feedback, and choice.

Session 2: Understand the Mindset Behind Your Hesitation
Explore the assumptions, expectations, and interpretations that influence your confidence. Use guided reflection and group inquiry to distinguish practical concerns from conclusions worth questioning.

Session 3: Reconsider the Story You Tell About Yourself
Examine identity statements such as “I’m not assertive” or “I’m not someone people listen to.” Consider the evidence behind those statements and choose a more flexible way to approach your next action.

Session 4: Give Your Voice Room
Practice expressing an opinion, asking a question, or making a request with greater clarity. Receive specific, respectful feedback and review your progress at the program’s midpoint.

Session 5: Set Boundaries You Can Stand Behind
Explore what makes boundaries difficult for you, including guilt, approval-seeking, and competing responsibilities. Rehearse language that communicates your needs while respecting the other person.

Session 6: Take Action Before Confidence Feels Complete
Choose a realistic step involving uncertainty, visibility, or the possibility of disappointment. Develop an action plan that accounts for both your mindset and the practical conditions affecting your goal.

Session 7: Stay Grounded When Confidence Is Tested
Work through situations involving criticism, comparison, mistakes, or an unexpected response. Practice evaluating what happened without allowing one experience to define your entire self-view.

Session 8: Recognize Your Evidence and Choose What Comes Next
Review the actions you practiced, the perspectives you reconsidered, and the growth you want to continue. Create a personal plan for sustaining progress and responding when familiar doubts return.

How the group works

Sessions combine brief teaching, coach-led exploration, structured peer practice, and individual action planning. Everyone participates in the shared learning; individual coaching time rotates across the program.

You decide what personal information you share and may pass on an exercise. Participants agree to respect one another’s privacy, although confidentiality depends on every member honoring that agreement. Personal coaching discussions will not be recorded.

Between meetings, you will practice a manageable action connected to your goal. The following session provides an opportunity to reflect, learn, and adjust.

Program schedule

Eight weekly virtual sessions, 90 minutes each, with the same cohort throughout. Session themes may be adjusted to respond to the group’s needs while maintaining the program’s focus.

Bring a situation where you want to show up differently. Begin practicing the confidence to meet it.
