What could change if the goal you keep postponing finally received consistent attention?

You have something you want to move forward. A project, a personal commitment, or an idea that matters. You may have made plans and started more than once, only to lose momentum when competing demands, uncertainty, or familiar doubts took over.

The Follow-Through Collective brings together a small group of adults ready to turn meaningful intentions into practical action.

Through eight live group coaching sessions with Vince Morales, you will work toward a goal of your own while learning alongside others working toward theirs. Together, we will examine what interrupts progress, develop workable next steps, and review what happens when you put those steps into practice.

Understand what stands between intention and action.

Sometimes the obstacle is an unclear priority or a plan that asks too much of your available time. Sometimes it is perfectionism, fear of being judged, or the belief that you must feel ready before you begin.

You will explore both the practical conditions affecting your progress and the mindset you bring to them. That includes recognizing when you need a smaller step, a different approach, clearer boundaries, or additional support.

Build self-trust through commitments you can practice.

Repeatedly postponing a goal can influence how you see yourself. “I haven’t followed through” can become “I’m someone who never finishes.”

The Collective gives you space to question those conclusions and build a fairer picture. You will practice making realistic commitments, recognizing completed actions, and learning from missed steps without turning them into judgments about your worth or capability.

Put the power of the group to work.

Your goal remains your own. The group contributes thoughtful questions, different perspectives, and opportunities to learn from challenges that others are navigating.

Vince will guide focused coaching conversations and structured peer exercises to help you examine assumptions, clarify decisions, and identify actions that fit your circumstances. You will also learn from observing another participant’s coaching and considering what applies to your own situation.

Develop a way forward that can withstand an imperfect week.

Between sessions, you will apply the work to your chosen goal. You will return with real experiences to review: what you attempted, what happened, what helped, and what needs adjustment.

The aim is meaningful progress alongside a more dependable approach to follow-through. That includes knowing how to restart, simplify, renegotiate a commitment, or change direction when new information calls for it.

Bring the goal that matters to you. Give it structure, focused attention, and a community in which to practice moving forward.

Frequently Asked Questions

What services does Validus Coaching and Consulting offer?
Validus Coaching & Consulting offers personalized coaching, focused coaching programs, leadership consulting, and motivational speaking and workshops. Our work centers on mindset, identity, self-image, confidence, resilience, and intentional action.
Whether you want to strengthen self-trust, change patterns that hold you back, navigate personal challenges, or lead more effectively, we help you clarify what matters and develop practical steps forward. Choose individual coaching sessions for flexible support or a focused program for a more structured experience.
Is this therapy or clinical treatment?
No. Validus Coaching and Consulting provides coaching focused on personal growth, self-awareness, goals, and intentional action. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not a substitute for therapy. We may explore how past experiences influence your present choices, while keeping our work focused on coaching goals. If your needs fall outside that scope, we’ll discuss seeking appropriate professional support.
Can coaching help me change patterns that keep holding me back?
Coaching can help you examine patterns such as second-guessing yourself, avoiding difficult conversations, dismissing your progress, or struggling to follow through. Together, we explore what contributes to those patterns, including your beliefs, habits, circumstances, and competing demands. From there, we identify practical alternatives you can test in everyday life and use what you learn to guide your next steps.
What if I’ve had a difficult past or made choices I regret?
You do not need a perfect past or a polished story to begin coaching. You’ll be met with respect, curiosity, and honest conversation, with room to acknowledge both what you’ve experienced and what you want to do differently. You choose what to share. Our focus is on understanding what matters now and helping you take responsibility for the choices within your control, without reducing you to your mistakes or setbacks.
Who can benefit from coaching at Validus Coaching & Consulting?
Our coaching is designed for adults who want to strengthen their mindset, self-image, confidence, resilience, or leadership. You might have a specific goal, feel caught in a familiar pattern, or want greater clarity about your next chapter. Coaching may be a good fit if you’re willing to reflect honestly, consider different perspectives, and practice new actions between sessions. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.
What is your approach to coaching?
My approach connects how you see yourself with how you interpret experiences, make decisions, and take action. We explore the beliefs and patterns influencing your choices while also considering your circumstances, responsibilities, and available support. You can expect thoughtful questions, constructive challenge, practical tools, and collaborative accountability. Together, we shape next steps around your goals and adjust as you learn what works for you.
How do I know which coaching option is right for me?
Individual coaching sessions offer flexible support for a specific concern, decision, or personal goal. Focused programs provide a more structured experience around a defined area of growth, while an ongoing coaching partnership offers continuity across several priorities. If you’re unsure where to begin, book a free 30-minute consultation. We’ll discuss what you’re looking for, answer your questions, and explore whether coaching with Validus is a good fit.
What happens if I miss a session?
If you’re unable to attend, please contact me as soon as possible. Rescheduling and missed sessions are handled according to the cancellation policy in your coaching agreement. If an emergency or technical issue prevents you from joining, let me know so we can discuss the available options.
Can I book a one-time session or do I need a package?
You can book a single coaching session or choose a package. A one-time session offers focused space to explore a specific challenge, clarify a decision, or identify your next steps. A package provides continuity to practice what you’re learning, review progress, and work through challenges over several sessions. If you’re unsure, we can discuss which option best fits your goals.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. Virtual coaching allows us to work together from a location that’s convenient for you. Choose a quiet, private space where you can speak openly, with a reliable internet connection and minimal distractions. Please check your appointment details for instructions on joining your session.
How do I get started?
If you’re ready, select your coaching session or package and follow the booking steps. If you’d like to talk first, book a free 30-minute consultation to discuss your goals, ask questions, and explore whether we’re a good fit. You don’t need a perfectly defined goal to begin. Bring what’s on your mind, and we’ll clarify a starting point together.

Your eight-session journey

Session 1: Choose What Matters Enough to Move

Identify the goal that will anchor your participation and define realistic signs of progress. Establish group agreements for respectful inquiry, privacy, participation, and accountability.

Session 2: Find Where Follow-Through Breaks Down

Examine what happens between making a commitment and taking action. Explore competing demands, unclear steps, avoidance, and the beliefs or self-stories that may influence your response.

Session 3: Turn the Goal Into a Workable Plan

Translate your goal into manageable milestones and concrete next actions. Use structured peer questions to identify overlooked constraints and check the plan against your actual capacity.

Session 4: Make Starting Easier

Explore how your environment, schedule, boundaries, and expectations affect your ability to begin. Review your progress at the midpoint and choose adjustments that make the next step more workable.

Session 5: Act Through Uncertainty

Work with the discomfort that can arise when action involves visibility, imperfection, or an uncertain outcome. Examine what you are making that discomfort mean about yourself and choose a considered next step.

Session 6: Strengthen Follow-Through With Honest Feedback

Bring a recent action or missed commitment into the coaching process. Identify what helped, what interfered, and how to refine your approach while recognizing evidence of growing capability.

Session 7: Recover Momentum When Life Interrupts

Develop a practical response to setbacks, competing priorities, and disrupted routines. Practice deciding when to resume, simplify, seek support, or renegotiate a commitment.

Session 8: Carry Your Progress Forward

Review what you accomplished, what you learned about your execution patterns, and what remains unfinished. Create a continuation plan with realistic commitments, review points, and a way to respond when momentum slows.

How the group works

Sessions combine brief teaching, coach-led exploration, structured peer exercises, and individual action planning. Everyone participates in shared learning; focused individual coaching time rotates across the program.
Peer accountability centers on commitments you choose. Members practice asking useful questions, offering feedback with permission, and respecting each person’s circumstances.

You decide what personal information to share and may pass on an exercise. Participants agree to respect one another’s privacy, although confidentiality depends on every member honoring that agreement. Personal coaching discussions will not be recorded.

Between sessions, you will take a manageable action connected to your goal and reflect on what happened. These experiences become the starting point for further coaching and adjustment.

Program schedule

Eight weekly virtual sessions, 90 minutes each, with the same cohort throughout. Session themes may be adjusted to reflect participants’ needs while maintaining the program’s focus.

Move what matters forward, with practical structure, thoughtful coaching, and peers committed to practicing alongside you.
